Occidental Punta Cana - All Inclusive

"Sin duda es un hotel muy bonito, con buenas instalaciones y un personal en general amable y atento. Desde nuestra llegada, el servicio de recepción y limpieza fue excelente, manteniendo las habitaciones ordenadas, reponiendo bebidas diariamente y brindando una buena atención. Las camas eran muy cómodas y algunos detalles como las pizzas y tacos hasta la madrugada fueron realmente buenos. Sin embargo, hay varios aspectos que deberían mejorar. En las habitaciones encontramos sábanas y sofás con manchas sospechosas, además de la presencia de cucarachas en 2 cuartos, lo cual fue muy desagradable. También se notaban áreas del baño con desgaste y partes oxidadas. En cuanto a la comida, aunque había variedad, con frecuencia estaba fría. Sería útil contar con microondas o una forma de recalentarla. Los refrescos muchas veces estaban sin gas o sin hielo, y en ocasiones había que esperar bastante para ser atendido. Otro punto es el transporte interno en carritos de golf, que no siempre estaba disponible rápidamente y en algunos casos parecía depender de propinas, lo cual afectó la experiencia, especialmente para personas mayores como mi padre de 71 años con dificultades de movilidad. La piscina del medio también presentaba un olor fuerte a cloaca en varios momentos, lo que impedía disfrutarla. En general, el hotel tiene buen potencial gracias a su personal y estructura, pero necesita mejorar limpieza, mantenimiento y algunos servicios básicos. Escribiría más pero este es el limite."

"The room was very clean and comfortable. The Staff was able all the time to help and give good service. The restaurants highly qualified,delicious food and excellent presentation. The bar staff and swim-up bar perfect with the service and the preparation of all different liquors and cocktails. Would like to be there again."

"Luego de una corta estadía de 4 noches, puedo recomendar este resort. Las habitaciones amplias y limpias, y las camas muy cómodas, pude descansar a gusto. El staff muy amable siempre en especial Luis de Expedia y Santa en el pool bar fueron muy amables, al igual que Sariannys en Recepcion fueron de mucha ayuda. Las piscinas me encantaton, siempre limpias. La playa estuvo hermosa, un dìa con poco sargazo y los demàs dìas muy limpia. La comida en los buffets Las Torres y Behique muy sabrosa, al igual que en La Uva me encantò la parrillada. La única observación que tuve que puede mejorar es la música en las pool bars ya que era aburrida y el volumen muy bajo. Por todo lo demás quedamos muy complacidos."
