"We chose the Suncoast mostly for its location near our daughter's home. It is very spacious, and offers many of the same amenities you'll find at hotels on the strip. In terms of cleanliness and maintenance, I gave it 3 stars because it is showing its age in some ways, but they are doing renovations right now which should perk the place up. I didn't care for the cigarette/cigar smell permeating the main floor (smoking is allowed pretty much everywhere in Vegas), but the rooms are non-smoking and didn't smell. We would have liked to be able to access the pool for longer - currently it's only open until 8 pm. Other pros: self parking was included and there were plenty of spaces in the parking lot, a Starbucks in the lobby as well as a good variety of other restaurants, check in and out were very easy, and our room had beautiful views of the golf course, ponds, and mountains. Overall, I recommend the Suncoast!"
