"Great location and convenient. Short walk to Universal but they also offer morning and night shuttles. Breakfast was good but not much variety. Sausage or ham every day but no bacon offered, Hyatt place right next door did though. Coffee could’ve been better. Please note that the beds while comfy are plush which was not good for my back, I prefer firmer beds. I could not talk more highly of the staff. Every staff member I spoke to or encountered was so hospitable and welcoming with smiles on their faces."

"Parking was great. Hotel was nice and quiet. Beery close to universal studios Florida which is why I booked. The hotel is a bit dated and in need of some updates but the room was clean shower pressure was good. Free toilet trees. Great experience and literally 5 minutes from universal studios. I would say again "
