Beautiful house, awful management

Arrived to find garbage all over the yard and cleaning staff still working on turning it over. Finally available an hour after check in. Place is beautiful and spacious. Had garbage in the yard again the next day due to cleaning staff not putting it in the garbage can and animals got in it. We contacted host to have someone come pick up. No response all day so my husband picked it up. It included dirty diapers from the previous guests! Host finally responded days later to apologize and said they would refund me for having to deal with this issue. Never received a refund!
