On arrival early evening in heavy fog through an unmade dark road, we found there was no record of our reservation. After 20 minute's frentic phone calls, they put us in an unnumbered, unfinished and freezing cold room with no curtains. A bed had to be brought in later. The bathroom ceiling leaked. Despite free wifi claim, no Internet was available anywhere in the hotel. We booked a Christmas meal starting at 8. It was in a very cold room. Even with coats and gloves, it was freezing. No food was available until 10 pm. When it arrived, it was cold. People in reception were helpful but the breakfast staff were very inefficient. Took half an hour to give our order. My son received his food after 45 minutes, my husband after an hour. When mine did not arrive after an hour, I left the restaurant, leaving the rest of my family to pay theirs. Overall, it was not a good place to stay but the location next to Prizmas and the natural beauty of the place were outstanding. I hope they get their act together soon. Such a fantastic place, such poor organisation.
