"Room location was extremely loud. The kitchen was nearby. Staff making loud noises prior to 6am, music, laughing etc. the halls are tile not carpet so noise is a huge factor. Stayed 3 nights and no cleaning services provided, no fresh towels, garbages emptied, beds made, toilet paper replenished. ..."
