This charming cottage located in the heart of Sanibel is the perfect location for a relaxing extended stay. Located on a quiet street with a small boat ramp leading to Clam Bayou just a few homes away. Easy access to this one-story home by a small ramp and front patio porch. Totally remolded, walk into this open floor plan with a beautiful kitchen, open living room, and large dining area. The sliding glass door looks out onto tropical foliage and a large backyard. Relax on the sectional couch while watching your favorite shows on the flat-screen television. Three bedrooms with a king, queen, and two twins, offer comfortable spaces for you and your friends and family. Two remodeled bathrooms and a large utility room with a washer and dryer mean you have everything you need for a great vacation.
