With stunning golf course views from its spacious 2-story screened lanai, this property offers both tranquility and convenience. Inside, the home features comfortable coastal furnishings and a thoughtful split-floor plan, providing plenty of space and privacy and easy access to the main living level by way of the in-suite elevator. The highlight of this island getaway is the large private heated salt water pool (14' x 28'), perfect for relaxing and enjoying the island's sunny weather. Whether you're looking to explore Sanibel’s natural beauty or unwind in a serene setting, Cozzi Casa is the ideal destination for a memorable stay.

Home amenities include: 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed & 2 Twin beds (sleeps 6), free WIFI available (1 GB speed), Smart TV's (streaming only), heated pool, large 2-story enclosed lanai, elevator, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ gas grill, garage parking. No Pets Allowed. Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach wagon, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.
