The house and the location were better than we ever imagined! Positioned directly across from beach access was so convenient to go back-and-forth from the beach. The kitchen was perfect to cook dinner, and the pool was wonderful to jump in after a long day at the beach. the owner and the property management were so helpful and friendly and made everything about our stay so easy. We will definitely be back for next year’s annual week in paradise!

The only area that could use a little attention is the grilling area as the cooking utensils for this were limited although Royal Destinations did bring a small set over once I mentioned this. The home is on a busy street but had magnificent views & the beach was right across the street & is just down the road from Seaside.

We very much enjoyed the home and thought it was nicely furnished and had great amenities. Great for large families or groups. The location couldn’t be better. The only downside is that the management company didn’t do an inspection until right before we checked in, although it was empty for a few days prior to our arrival. So the tv was smashed in the queen room and they didn’t have a tv for 3 days of the 5 days which was unfortunate. Their communication in this regard was not that great and it should have been addressed first day. When people spend this much just go to Best Buy and get a tv. Otherwise it was a great experience

The home was absolutely stunning. Rooms were large and comfortable. We really loved having the hangout room on the first floor where the teens could hang out while the adults enjoyed the upper living area. Had every amenity we needed and was super close to Seaside village where we could either walk or ride bikes every day. The alarm on the pool was very annoying since it constantly buzzed if the door was left open for more than five seconds. Made using the pool a terrible experience. The only suggestion is to tint the glass on the front door. So many people were walking up to our driveway looking in and then trying to open the door because they saw our teenage girls hanging out. It made the girls nervous to be downstairs at night. But the rest of the experience was completely wonderful! Would stay here again and recommend to anyone wanting to be near Seaside!

It turned out that we had only a day of rain and no other negative effects. We felt snug and secure and had majestic views of the Gulf and the ocean throughout. Despite Mother Nature’s antics, we still had a wonderful time together. We send our sincere support to those in Florida who suffered the consequences of Helene but are grateful for the wonderful time we had in spite of her.
