New owners 3/2018 awesome location on 30A, Rollin Tide is tucked away in quiet location, heated pool, close to three Publix beach access within 200 yards.
Enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches in the US! Located along Florida's Emerald Coast, Seagrove Beach has Caribbean-like white sand and blue-green gentle water. Only 1 1/2 miles to Seaside, and nestled in between Grayton Beach and Rosemary Beach. Our 1 bedroom condo was recently purchased and completely renovated with lots of new furnishings and décor. We even have a brand new tub and shower. Our east facing porch is the perfect place for morning coffee and an afternoon cocktail in the shade. There's a new queen sleeper sofa for the kids or your guests. A newly purchased mattress and box spring 3/22 romantic queen size bed bedding will make for restful nights. The beach is only a 200 yard walk, and we've provided beach chairs and a beach cart for your convenience. There's a beautiful pool just outside your door- no steps or stairs. Keurig coffee maker or regular coffee makerkitchen, Two TV's, cable and internet will meet all your needs. Walk or bike to several local restaurants and shops. We've tried to think of everything to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Don’t miss Seaside, walk or bike, so much to do there. 30A is endless beach, look it up! Close restaurants to walk Angelina’s pizza, 30A local favorite. You don’t ever have to leave 30 A to have a spectacular vacation.

Ideal balance of amenities and peace

The condo was clean and organized. The amenities were as specified. I was happy to be so close to public beach access and a 10 minute bike ride from Seaside center. The pool was a great feature. Excellent value.

We had a great long weekend in this perfect condo! First floor unit right beside the pool and very close to great food and the beach. We had everything we needed to enjoy our time here!

Awesome Place!

We went to FL to meet the new grandson in Freeport, but wanted to be near the beach. We spent most of our time inland, but enjoyed one evening enjoying the beach sunset. The owners have thought of everything to make this a home away from home! We thoroughly enjoyed it!

Family vacation

It was our first family trip and everything was perfect. The beach was close by the pool was right across from us. Everything at a short walking or driving distance. Love that the condo had everything we needed. Best part of all the condo was perfect for my 2 year old son. We will definitely stay here again.

A little Gem in seagrove beach

This place exceeded our expectations. Even prettier when you are there. Excellent location close to restaurants and beach access. Quiet community and walking distance to the beach. The place was sparkling clean when we arrived and has absolutely everything we needed. The kitchen is well equipped too. I absolutely recommended this place and the owner was supper friendly and accommodating whenever I called her.

Good for a small family.

Two people stayed for 2 days. The owner let us check in early, and check out late as long as we did all the laundry and cleaning. We appreciated the extra four hours and did the cleaning/laundry. The condo is a little dark and there isn’t a lot of room because the furniture is large but it’s comfortable enough for a shorter stay. The pool was heated and wonderful and the beach is a short walk.

Sea Grove condo

Ground floor, pool view, cute condo. It was perfect for a fall break get away. Pull out couch is comfortable. Coffee maker, keurig, toaster, and microwave provided. Plastic utensils for kids and plenty of metal larger utensils. Very clean and we were able to get an earlier check in! Will stay here again. Beach chairs provides and sand toys. Easy walk to the beach.

Nice quiet location. Pool right outside our door. About 6 minutes to beach. Condo had a cute beachy theme. The condo was clean. Owner was quick to respond. Stove needed to be updated. Burners did not sit level. A bit challenging. But, made it work. We loved staying there and plan to come again.

Super Clean Condo

We really enjoyed our stay here. I would highly recommend it, and we will stay there again. It's a short walk to the beach if you don't mind that. The cart that was at the condo to haul our beach chairs was so so awesome!! Lots of things in walking distance to eat, and shop. We were there for a wedding in Grayton Beach, so it was close. It was me and my adult daughter and my best friend. The condo had plenty of parking and the condo is right by the pool. It was clean and great for us 3. The only thing I think they need to add is a full length mirror, it was hard trying to get dressed for the event with just the one mirror in the bathroom with 3 women, but we made due. We had plenty of towels and wash cloths too. The kitchen was equipped enough for us, but we really didn't do much cooking! We loved it and will stay there again in the near future!!! The owners responses were very fast and that means a lot if you are renting!!!

Great beach trip!

Thanks for a nice and very cute place to stay. Thanks for the wagon but it wouldn’t work with the steps to the beach. They should have handicap entrance. There were a couple of things we thought could be better. Not enough silverware and serving spoons. Ice cream scooper so we don’t bend the spoons. More kitchen towels and hand towels. There was only 1 kitchen towel and it was so cute you don’t want to use it. 1 box of kleenex would be nice. My husband didn’t pack one of the poles for our beach umbrella so your umbrella was a Godsend. But it really needs to be replaced. Falling apart. Oh yeah the drain in the tub didn’t drain well. The pool so close and ground floor was really nice. Thanks so much. Hope my input was helpful.
