Located in El Sauzal, Karat Villa Sound of the Sea is a 595 sqm vacation home that accommodates up to 11 guests across 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, plus an additional toilet. You will find a fully equipped private kitchen, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls with a dedicated workspace, smart TV with streaming services, washer, dryer, baby bed, and highchair. The 2-story property offers mountain and sea views.



Step outside to enjoy your private garden, covered and uncovered terraces, balcony, and heated outdoor pool. An outdoor shower and private grill complete the outdoor amenities for your relaxation.



Parking is available on-site at the property, on the street, and in a shared garage. One pet is allowed. Events are not permitted, and no loud or disturbing noises are allowed after 11 pm. Beach towels are provided, and storage for motorbikes and bicycles is available. Shared table tennis is accessible for recreation.
