"The room its self was clean but very tired. It was very cold as the window/door lets in a draught (old building) but we were provided with a large blanket on arrival but the electric fire in the room was more for decoration rather than heat.
The staff were happy to help with our requests for extra towels and coffee.
It was a very unique experience."

"Perfect location in Shanklin, wonderful views. It’s just a short walk to the old village and Shanklin Chine. The hotel is a little tired in places but overall it was very good. It’s great that you can use the facilities in the sister hotel next door so there’s plenty to enjoy."

Very pleasant. Hotel a bit dated but comfortable and very friendly. View fantastic! Breakfast was adequate. The full English was disappointing...ingredients not as tasty or fresh as we would like. Good overall.
