Staff great, room good, very updated, very walkable to village and ocean.What I did not like and to not think was right, was that we were charged $10.00 a night for the right to park. If you staying there and paying very good money to do so, you should NOT have to pay to be able to park your vehicle. I feel that that was price gouging. We stayed there 12 nights...and we had to pay to park our vehicle.! For that reason alone, I probably would not stay there again. Have stayed in Siesta Key for well over 15 years, and have never had to pay to park our car.

Hello Kathleen, we are glad you enjoyed your stay. We have a wonderful location and a great property. Pay to parking is new to the entire island. If you have been coming here for 15 years you will notice that there are no more free parking places on the key. As there is very that's a real estate on the key, you will find all places are charging for parking. We truly hope that this is not a true deterrent for you to visit us in the future. All things being equal you will find that and all hospitality on Siesta. In the future if you have any troubles or any concerns please feel free to reach out to a manager. We are always here and ready to serve.

We stayed one night on our way to Ft Myers. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of our accommodations. The resort is within walking distance of Siesta Key Village (less than a block). The resort has bicycles that we rode all the way to Turtle Bay and back. We would definitely stay here again

Great location
Our villa was very clean and quiet, extremely well kept property and 3 minute walk to the beach, even closer to the village. Suggestion would be to add a chair in the unit, nowhere to sit, which seemed odd for such a nice villa.

This property is in a perfect location. Beach acres is easy and beautiful, bars and restaurants are walking distance. The place is quiet when you need it and if you need some excitement walk 5 minutes down the road .

Great location!
Such a cute beachy vibe! Old Florida charm and good prices. Very clean. Comfy bed! The 1 bedroom suite had a lovely bathroom with a mermaid vibe. The locked gates provide an extra layer of security not common in such a boutique property. Great location no car needed!!

Perfect Getaway!
The villas are located in a perfect location! You are close and in short walking distance to the beach and the main strip of restaurants and shops. We never used our car the entire time! The staff were friendly and very accommodating. We had free use of bikes, cooler, and a beach wagon. Although the room was quite small, it had everything we needed. We will definitely come back.

If you have babies or infants, be forewarned that there are no pack n plays or baby cribs. Furnishings are old and tired, including the mattress. Overall it was clean. My main gripe is the large discrepancy between what I was quoted by the front desk agent on day one and what I was billed. I asked a couple of times if the number she quoted was accurate before I agreed to add a night and upgrade my room. Apparently it was not accurate at all. I am now out $200 more than anticipated. Had I known this going in, I would have made different decisions. When I asked a different front desk agent about these extra charges the following day, she was very helpful in trying to get this corrected for me but was told she could not credit me. I asked if I could check out right away/early and just pay a late check out fee instead of the unanticipated $200 and she said no (it was 1pm). While I appreciate that she tried, given that it was their front desk agent’s mistake, they should’ve been able to make exceptions, especially since I was willing to pay a late checkout. The only positive I would give this property is location.

We do not have any requests made by you, prior to your arrival, otherwise we would have informed you of that information at the time of your inquiry. You booked the most affordable room which is considered our smallest room type. If you preferred to have more room, we do have premium room types available. Unfortunately, there is a premium price for the upgraded categories, just as there would be at any hotel. Due to you not wanting to pay this fee, you then requested to cancel your reservation early and leave the hotel but to still have a late check out even further beyond 1:00p on that day (check out is at 10:00am). By checking out early, this does guarantee the hotel the ability to resell the room we have reserved for you over your requested dates. We always try but if we are not able to do so, you are considered responsible as you are within you cancellation policy and its penalties that you agreed to while make your reservation.
