"Room was clean. Check in was so easy. Although our room was a little bit of a walk from the main lobby everything was a great. Beautiful hotel. Easy transportation on the boat to city walk. Security was very easy to go through also and very convenient being right at the hotel. "

"Convenient and free shuttle to/from Universal, ticket counter in lobby to buy park tickets, dining options on-site or easy for UberEats, and easy check-in/check-out, though there was a line for check-in. Happy we stayed here and would easily stay here again if/when we come back. Only thing hotel could offer for free is coffee though it would be a rub with the Starbucks downstairs. In-room coffee is pretty gross (is it ever good?). "

"Beautiful property, including the beautifully landscaped Villa pool. Room was very comfortable. Mama Della’s Ristorante was charming and the food was delicious. Buffet breakfast at Trattoria del Porto was also delicious but the chafing dishes didn’t keep the food hot enough. Our waiter, Bryan, was a gem!"
