"The stay was great, very convenient location - within a short drive of just about everything someone would visit for. only complaints are that the sprinklers in the parking lot spray the cars at night, and by the water runoff in the mornings, looks like they are running most of the night. I feel that a little more attention could be paid to the maintenance side of things in the rooms, in my room there was missing caulking on the baseboard near the bathroom door, the A/C unit looked as though someone was working on it recently, the faceplate was lifted a bit and there were some screws on the ground beneath it."

"Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Spacious rooms and bathroom. Quiet, clean and friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Easy walk to trolley service, buses, restaurants and entertainment. The immediate area is going through a bit of improvements but we had no issues. Breakfast is fine, good coffee, orange juice and waffles and a great staff."

"We stayed at 4 different hotels from Missouri to Florida over a 2 week time frame. Our family stayed here for about 1 week. We are now at Clearwater Beach-side hotel and our whole family wants to go back to the Hyatt House. Not because of attractions, but because of how comfortable everyone was at this hotel. The staff, cleanliness, and how amazing the breakfast and staff were is what make this place amazing. Everyone in the family wants to go back to Florida next year just so we can stay at the Hyatt House. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite which felt like it was bigger than some apartments. We had the room serviced in the middle of our stay and those ladies are super fast and get the job done. The pool is actually perfect, my husband loved the gym and the front desk was always more than helpful. The breakfast was one of the best we had with options for everyone and plenty to eat. I am telling you, everyone who works here works super hard to make sure you have everything you need and are happy. This will be our go-to hotel in the future for any Orlando trips we make. The only negative is that I didn't know there was a $20 daily fee for parking until I checked out, but honestly totally worth it after our great experience."
