"I didn’t like the smell to the room it smelled alittle moldy … the bed was amazing the shower was okay … the lady in the front when we checked in was not friendly at all didn’t give my husband eye contact at all didn’t tell us anything about WiFi… the pool was okay it was dirty the kid area wasn’t working …"

"Love, love this property! Check-in was smooth, room was spotless, staff was amazing, gated security 24/7 and free Shuttles to Universal made our trip so smooth. I highly recommend and will definitely stay here again when we come back to Orlando."
