"It has an excellent location, close to theaters, shops, restaurants, metro stattion and tourist attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and very comfortable, and breakfast was very good. The only suggestion is that they could provide two bottles of water per day instead of two for the entire stay."

"Amazing place. We loved the atmosphere, food and live performances. The water aerobic at the lagoon pool was awesome too. Our 4 year old had the best time at the daily kids disco and enjoyed his activities at the roxity kids club. It’s a top place for teens too. Everyone was very nice and the hotel was super clean at all times. "

"This is my third stay at this property when I am in Madrid. For me its one of the best hotels for short stays in Madrid, location is unbeatable, center of Madrid. Being a guest there you have access to the 365 rooftop, which is amazing. Room was clean and the view to Plaza España from my room was the best. Breakfast was also very good as always. If its in your budget, you need to consider this hotel, its not cheapest out there but for me it worth the price!! "
