Evenings and overnight hours remain quiet, and the home itself continues to provide a comfortable place to relax and enjoy your stay.



🐾 Pets are allowed for a fee.



💦 Small pool with a waterfall, separated from A1A by a brick wall and acoustic curtain. Pool heating is included during cooler months for your comfort. For energy efficiency, we kindly ask that the temperature not be set above 85°F.



🔊 Outdoor speakers available for your enjoyment.



🏡 Quiet residential neighborhood — quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.



🎂 Minimum age to book is 25.



⚠️ Please use the pool with caution as needed.



🌟 Note: The pool is professionally cleaned on a regular schedule to help keep everything in top shape. The pool technician typically stops by on Fridays, weather permitting. No need to be home, they’ll be in and out quickly.



📌 NOTE: If your stay is 21 days or longer, $100 will be added to your cleaning fee to accommodate a deep cleaning. We will coordinate payment upon booking!
