This house is conveniently located to downtown and was roomy enough for our family of nine (plus one infant).The host was very nice and even ordered a pack and play for the house when I mentioned that we were coming with an infant. He was always responsive, though sometimes it would take several hours to hear back from him. The house could definitely benefit from some upkeep both inside and out. We had one issue which impacted our stay, but the host has offered to give us a partial refund to compensate for the inconvenience.

Lovely house close to downtown

We loved our stay. The house was clean and well equipped. Close to downtown and all the attractions. I recommend if you want to enjoy the beautiful city of Ste-Augustine!

Perfect St Augustine House

The owner Peter was super easy to talk to and had great communication throughout the whole process. The house was amazing, looked just like the photos/ even better than them. The house was in perfect location to downtown and other places. It was such a great stay!

Excellent stay!

House was clean and was supplied with everything that we needed. Front door keypad needs to be adjusted, hard to lock from outside. 4 bedrooms and 3 baths provided everyone with their own ā€œspaceā€.

Fun weekend

This house was perfect for our group or 5. Very spacious, clean, and had all the kitchen supplies we needed. We walked into town all three days we were there. It was easy to navigate and we loved not having to drive once we parked. Would recommend to anyone. Felt very safe and no issues at all this entire trip. Peter was helpful and answered every question.

Girls getsway

we had a great time. very clean and was exactly as described. we walked everyplace we went. nothing was far Trolley stop was close. Brochures would have been appreciated. we could have used a few more blankets since the weather turned cold. Could have used washcloth and dishcloths but everything was exceptional . we would definitely recommend this place. Thank You.for such a nice stay.

St. Augustine Visit

Lovely two story home nestled in a nice neighborhood close to the downtown St Augustine shops, etc and also close to US1. There are two bedrooms upstairs that share a bathroom as well as a lovely sitting room. The bathroom is rather small and does not have anywhere for soap, shampoo etc in the shower.Ā  The two bedrooms downstairs each have their own bathrooms.Ā Our visit was during an unusually cold snap and so we had to have the heat on.Ā  We had a bit of a problem with the thermostat during the day. In the evening it seemed to be fine and was warm but during the day it was blowing cold air.Ā  Ā I did notify the owner.There were a couple of minor cleaning issues and we did notify the owner. There is a pantry area that was well stocked with anything you needed for cleaning trash bags etc and the kitchen was fully stocked as well.Although the description states that there's a washer and dryer.Ā  Please note the washer and dryer is actually outside on the back deck.Ā  Not very conducive for washing clothes, especially in inclement weather.Although we didn't use it, there are two outdoor sitting areas.Ā  One has a fire pit and chairs.Ā Ā The host was very pleasant to deal with and responded well to our suggestions about the home.
