Our second stay in Quail Hollow and loved our time there. An excellent condo, well decorated and supplied. Hosts are great with communicating and do everything possible to make the stay pleasant. Wonderful view and easy access to the beach. Look forward to returning.

If you are looking for a quiet environment with spectacular views this is the place. This is our first time staying here but won’t be our last. The hosts were very available and checked in with us several times to make sure everything was okay. We had quiet mornings sitting on the deck watching the dolphins play. The condo is spacious and felt like being at home, except with a much better view. This was everything we could have asked for and more. We will be back next year.

This condo was perfect for me! I stayed for 19 days and loved it! Checkin was easy. Very good information and communications with owner. Furnished nicely, clean and well equipped. It is obvious the owners make a huge effort to have everything you need and more!

We had a wonderful time. The condo was absolutely perfect. The view and the quick walk to the beach was absolutely what we wanted. There were definitely a few small sets of stairs, so be aware if that’s not what you want. For us, it was perfect! We will definitely stay here again if we travel back to the area. Thank you again!

Lovely view of the wide, wonderfully walkable beach. Cozy unit for 2, great kitchen. We found the St Augustine tap water tastes terrible, bring a water filter (Brita or Pur) pitcher and then it is fine.

This was a very relaxing stay. Utilized the kitchen a lot. Even though we had a small water issue, the owner cleared everything up immediately with very little impact to our most enjoyable vacation. We will definitely come again!

Newly retired and our first extended stay south. All important information was provided, so arrival was a breeze. Condo was as expected and perfect for just the 2 of us. Great to have a 2nd ½ bath. Very quiet location on the beach. Daily walks on the beach; Golf each week; Cooked our own meals most days; Ate at local restaurants occasionally. Perfect beach!!! Overall a wonderful stay... Thank you!

We spent a month in this lovely condo and enjoyed every day. The condo was very clean and decorated beautifully. Everything we needed to cook and enjoy an ocean view meal was available. Carol checked in with us regularly . The beach was pristine. There were several restaurants within walking distance and grocery shopping was only 4 miles away. We hope to find time to come again soon.

One week was not long enough in this fantastic condo located in an incredible location! The owner was quick to check in with us after our arrival to make sure we had no problems getting checked in. They checked with us during the week and before we checked out to make sure everything was going well. The condo itself is very nice inside! It's well decorated with nice furniture and the bed was very comfortable! It was laid out so well it felt larger than it really was! We could easily live there!

The condo was large for a one bedroom with beautiful decor. The washer-dryer were very convenient to have right in the unit. We enjoyed many wonderful sunrises form the deck. It was nice having an extra 1/2 bath. The parking and condo itself were both up a flight of stairs but you can drive up a driveway to unload/load to eliminate one of those. We enjoyed the stay and appreciated the owners communication.

The condo was super clean, lovely decor, and had just about everything we needed. Everything worked well and it was a bonus to have 2 bathrooms in a place for 2 people. The best was having our own balcony that overlooked the dunes and the ocean. The communication with the host was stellar- every text and email were answered quickly. The only downside, but not major, was being 20 min drive from the old town of St. Augustine. But the upside of that was a peaceful beach and no traffic. Would definitely recommend!

First of all, if you cannot do the stairs this is not the place for you. We didn’t mind, so was fine for us. As some of the other viewers stated it is a little outdated on the outside, but the inside was decorated very nice, it was clean, and had everything you would need to feel at home. There was a beautiful view and we enjoyed having our coffee on the lanai and walking the beach everyday. Everything you would need for the beach is also supplied. The location is close to a variety of restaurants and St. Augustine. Would definitely visit again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Carol’s beautiful, bright condo so much! It was a perfect fit for a couple- updated bath (plus 1/2 bath), large closet, king sized bed, large living/dining area and a modern kitchen. The private deck overlooking the ocean can’t be beat! We spent every morning there watching the sunrise with our coffee. The beach is gorgeous and perfect for walking/biking. We were a short drive from historic Augustine which is a must see experience. Easy to find anything you need on the island too. Carol was so easy to communicate with and checked in on our first day to make sure we were happy. Our own private parking spot was convenient and the stairs were fine with us. We highly recommend it for your next getaway! Enjoy!

Everything went well .When arriving at dark, just wish I knew the building I was looking for was pink.Would have helped me find it better. Place was very clean and owner checked on me to make sure I got in ok. Which I really appreciated. Great location right on ocean and liked that they had nice beach chairs. Ocean view even from bedroom window. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was great ,had good water pressure. Couch may need to be replaced later on ,kinda sinks in the middle. Overall wonderful! Thanks again for having a beautiful clean place! Would definitely stay here again!

First off the condo is ok, the view is awesome. That's the good! All the appliances are on there last leg, no toaster they have a gross toaster oven. No ice the icemaker didn't work, the kitchen garbage can was really little no bags. The shower is moldy in all the corners. The chairs on the deck are on their last leg no cushions. Parking is awful bird poop and little branches every morning plus 20 plus steps to get to the condo and then more to get into condo. The pool is in a parking lot all the furniture was dirty and the pool deck. The bldgs. and the grounds are in need of maintenance and landscaping. Again the property had awesome view.
