Sand Dollar 2-405 Direct Oceanfront Three Bedroom Condo

The Sand Dollar II Building is undergoing a property-wide restoration project from mid-August 2025 till projected completion in March 2026. During this time, we are offering discounted rates on reservations. Please be advised that there will be construction activity, with impacts varying by unit/timeframe. Sand Dollar 2-405 is a fully renovated fourth floor oceanfront unit with breathtaking beach views. The private balcony is right off the living room and Master bedroom, which both showcase panoramic views of the ocean.
