From the back deck, take in dazzling views of 4th of July fireworks while enjoying the luxury of your own private beach! Beach essentials include several beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, lounge chairs, and a kayak. A complimentary beach wheelchair is available upon request.

Recently renovated in 2022, this extraordinary home exudes freshness and modern upgrades (including an elevator, EV charger, and two washers and dryers) that enhance your beach stay. Two living rooms each offer a 70-inch smart TV with premium cable channels. Gaming enthusiasts can play Mortal Kombat, NBA Jam arcades, or peruse dozens of board games on the gaming table.

Each bedroom has a smart TV and an en suite bath, ensuring utmost privacy and comfort. Two remote workstations in the primary suite and the top living room allow for remote work in paradise! Extra perks include a high chair, Keurig machine, and Dyson vacuum.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Family vacation

If you are looking for a house for a beach vacation this house will mark all of your boxes. It is oceanfront with ocean steps away the bedrooms are big and the the beds comfortable plenty of room for family of 11 and a dog. The 3 decks are wonderful to sit and watch the dolphins swim by very frequently. The elevator help with bringing our stuff in and out .everything was in walking distance the out door pool area was great. We have been going to the OBX for family vacations for past 20 years This is first time at SGI and we definetly will be back next year

Great Spring Getaway

Beautiful beachfront home with cozy furniture inside and out-Our favorite parts were all 3 elevated decks and poolside to enjoy the breeze and the view(s).Being close to the restaurants on the island also let us park the car and forget about it until we departed. Would definitely recommend this spot-Cant wait to get back!

Great Location and views.

House is in an amazing location. Beds were comfy. Enjoyed our weekend with three families and didn't feel crowded. Kitchen is a tad tiny for the size of the house and lacked good cooking supplies and all the burners would not work. But we made due. Also the hose by the pool always leaked even while off and the downstairs pool area stayed wet. Overall fun weekend and would recommend!

The house needs some updating. We hated the location next to the restaurant. We had poor internet due to interference with the restaurant next door and we had to listen to their music all week. The pool is NOT a pool-it’s a swim spa (very small)

Absolutely beautiful home and wonderful location!

We have stayed in homes on vacation all over the USA, this home was definitely one of our favorites! We are already making plans to stay here again next year! Clean, well stocked, great location, beautiful views, pet friendly, children friendly! The golf cart was definitely a hit with everyone as well!

Great stay!

Kaitlin was an exceptional host and very responsive to questions! The house is perfect and has all the amenities you need during your stay. It was great to be right on the beach, have a pool, and have many of the restaurants and shops nearby. The golf cart was an added bonus! I highly recommend.

The location of the property is amazing with a restaurant, next-door, donut shop nearby, and many other options for eating. Beach is amazing and close by to the house. The house was well appointed with things that you needed both for beach and home. The owner was very responsive to questions that we had.

Outstanding property and amenities

Best rental on St George Island - location, amenities and ambiance. Sleeps 12 in comfort and each of 4 floors has balcony view of Gulf. Elevator, pool, golf cart, full tech amenities. beach wheel chair for handicapped and all jacuzzi tubs . Perfect for our family of 3 generations!

Great trip

The house is very spacious and allowed each family their own floor. There are lots of steps but we counted that as a workout which allowed for more food and drinks. The Blue Parrot next door was surprisingly quiet. We enjoyed the Blue Parrot food and drinks. The pool was small but perfect for our small swimmers. This house is in the center of everything which allows you to walk to most restaurants and shopping. The beach is not crowded so you don’t have to jockey for a spot early in the morning. We loved it and hope to return! Thanks for everything!

Loved our time on SGI!

Third time on SGI but first this close to the center. I was concerned that it would be crowded so close to Blue Parrot, the jet skis and public access but it was not at all. In fact, just the opposite as we loved being so close to everything . We were three families so the house was configured nicely for us. The owner was very responsive and took care of an issue that was out of their control.

Great house for our family vacation!

The house waa perfect for our family vacation. We had 10 adults and 4 kids age 6 and under and we had plenty of room for all of us. Having an attached bathroom with each bedroom was wonderful. The house is right on the beach, making it so easy to set up but be in close proximity to the house. The location was absolutely perfect for us! The pool is on the small side but worked for our needs - the kids loved it! We had a small issue with the septic and Kaitlin had someone over right away to take care of it. We appreciated her communication and prompt response. Highly recommend this house for the great location!
