Great location and beach accessible from the back of the condo building. The condo was super spacious with everything necessary for families. My 2 issues were were the cleanliness of the condo and not all condos have a beach facing balcony as pictured and indicated. There were cigarettes ashes on the balcony and inside the master bedroom, a cigarette pack with half smoked joints next to the TV in the master bdrm in open sight, crackers on the living room floor and cracker wrappers in the fold out sofa. I immediately cleaned it and had the perfect stay thereafter. We would stay again but will first check the cleanliness before accepting the room. This isn't a property issue, it's a cleaning staff issue or communication issue...which can happen with any business.
