We got to the location and the lock code on the door did not work. We tried to reach out to the contact that we had and got no response so we were forced to wait outside until we could get in. Once we got in the ac unit was leaking water so bad in the master bed room that the bed was wet. We had to get a plastic storage container to catch the water that filled up once a day. the refrigerator was not working until the end of our stay. it was barley cool enough to store food. the worst part of all is that this was our vacation that we had planned and spent good money on this location. they told us a time the repair man would come fix the AC and they never came. came on the last day to fix it, 6 days after we arrived. very disappointed. did not refund us any money. they seemed like they wanted to work something out to make things right but once we checked out we have heard nothing from them. would not recommend, def stay away from this location and user.
