They do not accept credit cards, the bathroom has no leg space, the door is at your face, space smaller that airplane bathroom. Staff is pleasant, location is great.

The hotel does not have parking. You leave the cards far away. You can’t drive through the entrance is block the whole street. We couldn’t stay so we paid for nothing because there was no way to stay there.

Don’t bother to stop here keep looking selsewhere
Never got my reservation I was told there was no reservation and didn’t get are rooms Paid in full on line and no hotel but what I was able to see not no great hotel bad reception unfriendly staff not helpful at all if looking for a hotel better pay the extra 20 dollars and book somewhere else Or walk the street you get better hotel and for sure a lot more clean

Rooms are small. Have in mind that if you are staying in a weekend you will hear a lot noise since is very close to a bar, even though it is safe.

Twice the price of similar quality hotels in the area. Family owned place and everybody was very friendly, but the pungent smell from the bathroom spread to the whole room. I wouldnt stay again simply because there are much cheaper options in town for around 200 pesos as opposed to the 350 charged by this place

No leyeron mi petición específica, no escalones.
El hotel tenia muchos escalones desde la entrada. Por la situación de salud de mi hermano, no pudimos tomarlo. Así que lo cancele.

Rooms was very outdated and the tv was not usable it was a loud box tv. It was hot due to no ac. But the location and staff make up for everything. I would stay again without a doubt. Also if you return to late they lock the entrance to the hotel but I just knocked and they walked to the door and opened it for me.

Correcto pero hay mejores opciones
Estadía correcta y el baño y ducha correctos en funcionamientos. Es un hotel acorde a un pueblo pequeño. Precio razonable aunque hay mas oferta hotelera a precios mas económicos.

The hotel looked pretty in the pictures but the rooms were so small! No closet,shower drain was clogged,we had to ask for towels,no soap,bedding was dirty,very hot no AC,WiFi wasn’t working.rooms were horrible we will not be returning to that hotel

Bare Bones The photo makes this look like a rustic garden setting. In reality, the hotel is jammed in between buildings on a very busy, noisy street with virtually no parking. We asked for a ground floor room as we are both seniors and had a lot of luggage for our trip. The depressing, tiny room we were shown was upstairs, furnished with a basic bed and an old, small, tube-type TV. We were told they didn’t have a room with more floor space to put our luggage in. We decided we could not stay there, even for one night, with our luggage left in the car, parked somewhere on the crowded streets. We told the receptionist the room was not acceptable for those reasons and asked her to cancel. We went out and found another hotel for very little more that had secure parking and a better setting. The next day we checked out several other nicer hotels near the church that were very reasonable, with much better rooms and amenities. We were not able to get a refund. We would certainly not recommend this hotel.

Perfect location
My room was functional, and even austere. However, this was adequate for my purpose, which was to serve as my base, while I walked all over Talpa de Allende. The location was perfect. The price was very low, so that the hotel was good value for money. My only problem was that, when I arrived, the hotel seemed to have no record of my reservation.

Good one but ...cold water
It's truly nice hotel in magnificent area (near the heart of the town and sanctuary). I would not complain but there is one thing that was really poor: cold water from the shower. I don't expect much for a low price but warm water should be standard these days. Fix it and would be really cool! :)
