Located at Sailport Waterfront Resort. This one bedroom with queen size sofa bed is good for business travelers, couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). We take all of your needs into consideration. The condo is fully equipped and ready for you to come in and enjoy your stay! You have access the entire condo. We are here for you as little or as much as you’d like! The condo community is very safe and has 24 hour security. Enjoy the geo-thermal pool, which is kept at a nice 84 degrees all year long. You can also enjoy some yummy food or cocktails at our poolside bar and grill: Big Bamboo Bayside. Make sure you don't miss the amazing sunsets then cozy up by the fire pit and tiki torches after the sun goes down
The sunsets here are absolutely amazing. Make sure to bring your camera and be prepared to relax by the fire pit and make some friends. I highly recommend a vehicle unless you want to completely unwind. .

Loved the location. Came with our family for the Blue Jays games and it was perfect distance. The pool and common areas were a great way to cap off the day after coming back from a day full of excursions. Made us even think of wanting to purchase one!

Our stay at Rocky Point was great even though the weather didn't cooperate. Right on water, had pool and small outside restaurant/bar! Adjacent to major highways giving you easy access to many west coat city's! Would recommend as a great place to stay! Probably will be back!

Perfect for a fun get-way or business. Wonderful view, close to everything, easy on-off major highways, close to airport (10 minutes), and we felt very safe there. The few small problems we had were handled within an hour by management.

I was on a work trip at the convention center, about a 15 minutes Uber away. I wanted a place to get away each night and enjoy the bay. This was a perfect spot. Whether I was sitting on the balcony enjoying the views or sitting in the Adirondack chairs by the fire. It was perfect. It was also clean and very easy to access.

The condo is clean with an open floor plan and nicely equipped kitchen. The view from the balcony is worth the reservation! Prefect place for a meal or just relaxing. The grounds, pool & tiki bar all all well cared for. Visual security & maintenance staff made me feel comfortable. We had a great time!

As we turned the corner into the property, we didn't know what to expect. We where pleasantly pleased in the quaint accommodations. The view of the bay was awesome, the amenities kept us on property when we was not being tourists. We had toddlers and they enjoyed the pool, French fries, sand volleyball court. Thankfully kitchen saved us emensely, great price, great view, great heated pool....awesome french fries....

The property itself is nice. It’s clean and updated. Great to have a kitchen. The view is great! The bedroom is a little stuffy, needs better air flow. Maybe add a ceiling fan. The resort is a little run down and doesn’t offer too much. The beach and pool are just ok. The resort is quiet and mostly clean. Location is convenient to the airport and several restaurants. A bit of a drive to Clearwater and Clearwater beach.

The view is great! However for the price I think they could have included a pizza cutter, glass baking dish, hot pads, new cushions for the balcony chairs, and no tongs for the kitchen. I think the owners need to remove the mold from the bathroom. We were paying a premium price for the week we stayed and I feel we did not get what we paid for.

We stayed at the unit for 3 nights including New Year's. Communication with owner was very professional and our request to provide fresh bed-sheets was quickly arranged for. The unit presented clean and details like a small X-Mas Tree, stockings and a bottle of red wine made us feel welcome and were appreciated. From the small balcony we enjoyed the view to the bay as well as both the morning and afternoon sun. The kitchen was pretty much complete, the queen size bed rather comfortable.....but: even taking into account seasonal demand the absolute high premium rent made us feel we overpaid for a unit, which is not as large as advertised (at least by 100 sqft) and whose built-outs (kitchen, bathroom) are not of the age and quality the photos make you believe. Luckily the location was ideal for where we had to go in the Tampa area. Evaluating pros and cons we give it a 3 out of 5

We loved our stay at Christine's condo while doing a quick Tampa vacation. It was easy to get to, had a beautiful view of the bay, a great restaurant was within walking distance and Starbucks was just a half mile away (you know, the important things in life ;)). I had a few questions for Christine before we arrived and she was very quick to answer. The condo was very clean, comfortable, had a very modern feel to it without feeling sterile. We didn't use the kitchen but it had all the amenities necessary. There were extra towels in the linen closet and I loved the use of the robes hanging in the bedroom closet. The property itself was nice, quiet, the pool looked great, although we didn't take advantage of it. And while the property is not a beach property, it has a little "beach" area to sit on and enjoy the sunset. Every evening the tiki torches were lit as well as a bonfire. We also enjoyed a sandwich at the poolside cafe the first day and it was delicious. Our trip was super short but I think it would be a very comfortable place to stay several days for a couple or a small family.
