Other Things to Note:

Our home is professionally managed by the Tampa Vacation Collection. We're a licensed, local 24/7 boutique vacation rental management company specializing in the guest experience.



The pool is in a courtyard with trees around it. During summer, there’s regular rain and wind, so leaves may blow into the water. We have a cleaning team that services it every Thursday, but a few leaves in between cleanings can be expected.



Pool Heating Disclaimer:

Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee of $50 per day. Please note that heating must be arranged in advance, and water temperature may vary depending on outdoor weather conditions.



🐜 This is Florida, so the occasional pest is common. While we regularly treat all of our homes for pests, it’s not uncommon to see pests because of the heat including cockroaches, ants, and spiders. Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for this, though we’re happy to come by as soon as possible if pests are spotted.

PLEASE NOTE:

- Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot guarantee anything. If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies!



⚠️ Please be aware that certain situations beyond our control may occur, including construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, utility or city repairs, or other issues on neighboring properties or units. As these circumstances are beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds for any related inconvenience.



Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only. Examples included linens, towels, and wine glasses.)
