Gross and nothing works

We stayed at the Pac-Man house and it was so gross. The bed had a giant blood stain on it, the shower had hair in it and the Pac-Man machine didn’t even work. The check in Tampa bay company that owns the house said they would send entry details when you arrive but they didn’t and I had to call a number to get in when we got there. Rough neighborhood too
