Decent stay but zero communication

The place was decent and in a good location. I was working remote and was having WiFi issues. I tried reaching out to the property host and there was zero response any time I tried reaching out. Zero communication besides check in and check out. It seemed like a virtual team was handling the check in and out but besides that, I couldn’t get ahold of anyone.
