This hotel could be cleaner, we changed room because they was giant bug in the room. The bedroom carpet looks like it's never vacuumed, or cleaned. We were there for two weeks and they changed the bed twice, never vacuumed or cleaned. They did supply towels everyday but did not clean. The restaurant was pretty good. The shuttle was an awesome becsuse we didn't have a car there. It was supposedly free but if you didn't tip they were miserable the next time. I feel you shouldn't feel you have to tip if you can't because everywhere you went to gave to tip. And when you are talking converting to Canadian dollar gets very expensive. Most of the staff very helpful and accommodating. We asked for wake-up call before we left and didn't receive it. He even asked to verify he had the right time. The pool was a plus, but most of all I absolutely loved that it was across the street from The River Walk which was beautiful. Overall not bad. .

The property is conveniently located close to University of Tampa. Easy access to the highway and close to the airport. The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly.

I love everything about this property as my first visit to Tampa. My daughter and I are traveling on a college tour. The convenient location, easy parking, dining choice is amazing

Apparently this hotel is off campus housing for U of T. We had fire alarm evacuation at 3 AM.

The hotel is very nice and has a shuttle to take you anywhere downtown and will pick you up, it was clean but needed some updating but that is a minor issue would stay again and recommend

The hotel staff is super friendly and nice but the hotel room needs some updating. The yellow walls and old carpet really date this place. The gym is very standard and no frills like the pool. Its is conveniently located so you walk walk tomthe boardwalk.

Super, super friendly staff. Allowed us to check in early as they had the exact room type available. Area around the hotel is absolutely gorgeous. Tampa Riverfront is steps away with culture and restaurants galore. The hotel is looking its age, but otherwise excellent choice.

The only complaint I would probably have on the location is that at the time it was being doubled as a dormitory. Other than that, the place was very clean, staff was incredibly friendly, reasonably priced

Every single person who I encountered who worked there had excellent customer service. Yes, the rooms are a little dated, but they’re clean. My breakfast was really good, too.

1. Property located within walking distance to the RiverWalk is a big positive. 2. Staff at the desk and in the Gaudin Restaurant were great. A disappointment was the packets for the coffee didn't include any to stir the coffee. Fortunately I had a spoon packed. Excellent experience and will be back several more times.

We did not use the hotel van but I was told it could take us a two mile radius. The hotel is in the riverwalk. 10 mi utes from the airport. Room was ok. Small bathroom.

The hotel is in a great location. The air conditioner in the room blows directly on the head of the bed. I would request a different room, if I stayed there again. The staff and lady at the check in desk were great.

The Good - location, staff friendly helpful, room with a view, cleaning service good, shuttle service a plus The bad -laundry facilities machines were a hit or miss in working condition Cool water coming from shower on a couple days The ugly- students over taken the laundry machines, often had to wait for students to take their clothes out , they would be late in retrieving their clothing from either machines , making other guests wait an extended time to complete one’s own laundry
