We loved staying at this property - location was amazing, super clean, provided everything I needed, and responsive. We walked to the Village multiple times, close to Bayshore, and got ice cream over on Howard. Quiet neighborhood and off-street parking. Loved it!

Pros: Beautiful, safe area for morning strolls. Restaurants, grocery, Bayshore Dr and Hyde Park Village within easy walking distance. Very clean. Deck with large oak is relaxing, despite being on an alley. Responsive and accommodating host. Cons: The refurbishment was tasteful although obviously done on a limited budget. Furnishings provide the basics although left us missing the comforts of home. Also, be advised that a family lives upstairs. The noise level is certainly tolerable. Overall, the location itself outweighs the cons.
