Great Location - Manager Supportive in Crisis
The apartment is in a great location and is nicely furnished, comfortable beds and great amenities, Unfortunately we arrived 2 days before the lock down began for the Coronavirus and Juan, the owner, kept us updated and made suggestions for us to check our flights home and we found they had been cancelled. Fortunately we found the flights had been replaced with rescue flights but you needed to re book, so a good call and one that possibly saved us from being stranded. Can't wait to go back when the World is a safer place. Thanks again Juan

Great location, attractive flat.
Excellent location on the edge of the old town which is full of interest and great restaurants. Also easy to walk to the more tourist-oriented areas. Very comfortable flat, spacious and well equipped.

Well equipped and centrally located.
Problem over check in due to our v.late arrival. It would be better to be able to pick up key without somebody having to wait at apartment. If you dont have smart phone it is difficult to contact owner and or Home away.

Great stay
The apartment is big, it has everything! In an amazing location, everything is within walking distance and close by! Free parking is close to the apartment. The apartment owners are nice and available.

Excellent Apartment Excellent Location
I have no hesitation in giving this apartment a five star review. It is bright, spacious, clean and comfortable and an excellent base for a holiday in Puerto De La Cruz. Everything is within easy reach of the apartment including a large free car park where we parked our hire car. We researched the many restaurants within easy walking distance and were rewarded by high quality very reasonably priced food. It is worthwhile taking the time to do some research and you will find that the restaurants set back from the front tend to be the best value and quality. We took taxis to Loro Parque and the Botanic gardens as parking is difficult at these venues - the taxi rank just a couple of minutes away was very useful in this respect. Juan Manuel and his wife went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. They realized that there was a slight issue with the low level sofa in the living room and took it upon themselves to order and put together a new sofa the following day! I can only say that we were very surprised and appreciative of this. They clearly want to make their clients' stay as comfortable as possible. We would like to thank them for this and certainly recommend their apartment as a great place to stay in Puerto De La Cruz.

Perfect apartment for your Puerto de la Cruz holiday.
We stayed in this great centrally located apartment for 10 days. Though central and therefore so convenient, it is on the 5th floor and with the 3 bedrooms at the back it is quiet and you have a choice of views in all directions. The photos on the web-site will show you how spacious the apartment is with plenty of cooking utensils, so it is an absolute pleasure to cook and dine in your own comfortable surroundings as if you are at home. You can stock up with fresh fruit and vegetables from the store next door or the Altesa round the corner and a few metres away is a fabulous bakery with freshly baked bread and cakes available at all times. The best recommendation is that the locals buy their bread there. For other items to complete your culinary delights we can recommended the delis at the Mercado Municipal at the top of Avenida Blas Perez Gonzalez where you will also find some excellent fruit and veg. You can walk to the bus station in 10 minutes and the most pleasant parts of the town to walk around are also on your doorstep. All in all Juan Manuel provides the perfect accommodation for your Tenerife holiday.

Great location
We enjoyed our 3 week stay in Juan Manuel’s apartment in the centre of Puerto de la Cruz. The location was excellent, a 10 minute walk to the bus station, a taxi rank at the end of the street and 2 supermarkets nearby. The apartment was bright and cheerful with a view of Mount Teide from the bedroom (sometimes). The bedrooms were quiet and comfortable. We did a lot of cooking and found the kitchen facilities well above average. Juan Manuel was always available should you need him. Puerto de la Cruz is a great base for visiting other spots like Orotava, Santa Cruz, Garachico and Icod de Los Vinos. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Very modern and clean apartment
The apartment location was excellent, right in the centre of puerto de la cruz, close to excellent restaurants and bars. There was also parking close by for free. I would highly recommend this apartment.

A spacious, very well equipped apartment only a stones throw from the harbour. Ideally situated between the old and new part of this lovely seaside town. Every amenity you can think of close at hand including some excellent old town restaurants. Very friendly and helpful owners. Highly recommended.

Nice flat in great location
The flat is very confortable and close to everything. The only small problem is that there is no air conditioned and in worm summer nights is difficult to sleep. However, Juan Manuel was very accommodating and he brought us some fans.

Großzügiges Apartment im Zentrum von Puerto Cruz
Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit im Apartment: der grosse Wohn-/ Essbereich ist gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Die nach hinten gelegenen Schlafzimmer sind sehr schön und sorgen für ruhige Nächte trotz des Trubels vor der Tür. Dank der Balkone kann man auch die Sonne und das schöne Wetter geniessen ohne vor die Tür zu müssen. Allerdings hat die Umgebung alles zu bieten was man sich wünscht: Cafés, Restaurants und Shops. Vor allem mit unser kleinen Tochter (8 Monate) war das Apartment sehr praktisch für uns. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen!

Super Wohnung, Ideal Central gelegen.
Hallo Manual, Wir haben ein super zeit in dein komplett eingerichtete wohnung verbracht. Das apartment liegt central in Puerto de la Cruz, und das parken auf den nah gelegen offentliche parkplatz ist auch bequem. Wenn wir in der zukunft nochmals auf Tenerife Urlaub machen brauchen wir nochmals nach ein Übernachtungsmöglichkeit zu suchen, haben wir diese Jahr bei euch gefunden. Danle Familie van de Weerd

Tolles Appartement
Ein wirklich schönes Appartement in bester Stadtlage, hervorragend ausgestattet. Wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt, und für vier Personen war reichlich Platz, so das sich jeder auch mal zurückziehen konnte. Das deutsche Fernsehen haben wir überhaupt nicht vermisst, da auch so genügend zu erleben war. Zudem konnte man sich über das gute Wlan auch so bestens informieren. Wir hatten eine super Zeit. Gerne wieder.

sehr geräumige und moderne FeWo mitten im Leben von Puertode la Cruz
Wir haben diese schöne FeWo mit 3 Personen bewohnt und hatten seht viel Platz, dank 2 moderner Badezimmer kam es hier nie zu "Engpässen". Bequeme und neuwertige Matratzen auf denen alle 3 von uns sehr gut geschlafen haben. Die Küche/Wohnzimmer-kombination ist das Herzstück und zentraler Mittelpunkt des Apartments. Komplette, moderne Küchenausstattung mit allen Haushaltsgeräten verfügbar (außer Geschirrspüler). Der Blick von der Rückseite des Gebäudes auf den Teide und den Atlantik und auf der Vorderseite auf den Hafen ist beeindruckend. Die Lage ist optimal, auch wenn man auf ein Auto verzichten möchte. Man geht auf die Strasse und ist mitten im Leben, alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar (Martianez, Restaurants, Bistros, Supermärkte, Apotheken, Taxi- und Bushaltestellen quasi in Sichtweite). Empfehlenswert auf jeden Fall für alle, die gerne zentral wohnen und Puerto de La Cruz kennenlernen möchten. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und zuverlässig, wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen. Zusammengefasst war die Wohnung und der Vermieter erste Klasse. Lage Top, Wohnung sauber, groß und gemütlich. Der Vermieter ist auch sehr nett und zuverlässig. Es hat an nichts gefehlt! Wir würden dort immer wieder Urlaub machen. Viele Dank, dass wir Ihre Wohnung nutzen dürften.

Another fantastic stay
This is our second stay at this apartment and we will return. Fantastic location,close to everything and has the advantage of being on the top floor. Beds are very comfortable with memory foam pillows,powerful shower and fully equipped kitchen,even a blender to make smoothies. Juan and his family are extremely friendly and thoughtful and it's a pleasure to stay in their apartment A big plus, the top restaurant on TripAdvisor is just around the corner Taller Steve Diaz! Schöne Ferienwohnung in super-zentraler Lage, toller Blick zum Meer, Teide und Plaza del Charco
Die Wohnung bietet alles was man benötigt. Die neue, komfortable Küche ist toll ausgestattet (Induktion, Nespresso-Maschine etc.), praktisch fanden wir, das auch ein paar Basics wie Essig, Öl, Gewürze etc. vorhanden waren. W-Lan lief einwandfrei. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, aber da es keine Mücken gab, konnte man bei offenem Fenster gut schlafen... Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Kostenfreie Parkplätze am Meer, 100 m Fußweg.

Bellissima esperienza
L'appartamento è spazioso, comodo e molto luminoso. Dalle finestre e dal balcone c'è una bella vista sul mare e sul Teide. La cucina ben attrezzata, i bagni hanno entrambi una bella doccia. Il wi-fi funziona perfettamente.

Beautiful spacious apartment in the heart of Puerto de la Cruz
We had a wonderful 9 night stay in this apartment April 2016. Juan Manuel handled our booking efficiently, responded very quickly and made us feel so welcome when we arrived. Apartment is gorgeous. Spotless clean, spacious and very well equipped. Location is great, beside the harbour and Plaza del Charco, with lots of lovely restaurants, supermarkets, bars close by. Beautiful views of either the sea or El Teide from every window. Beds very comfortable and bedrooms quiet and peaceful. There is a long narrow balcony at the front which was lovely. Short walk to the black sandy beach and the Lago Martianez so not having a pool was not a problem for us. Not much on street parking around but apartment is just a few minutes walk to a free public carpark beside the harbour. Would highly recommend this beautiful apartment and town.
