The hotel surroundings are amazing, views are stunning. The food you can find something to eat but would get tiring if you were to eat there all week. The hotel is spotless, the rooms could do with a little updating the furniture looks tired and worn. But i would recommend the hotel.

My partner and I stayed 3 weeks in a sea view suite. Room was spacious with great views. Housekeeping throughout the hotel is first class and the hotel grounds are well maintained. We were on half board, the food was standard buffet fare on a par with most 4 star hotels I've stayed in. My only complaint would be that the hotel allows smoking in the outside dining area (is that even legal these days?). Would I book a stay again....absolutely.

Hotel in lovely setting but a car necessary as quite far away from local amenities. Booked a sea view suite with kitchenette but hotel does not provide anything to use it !! Not even a kettle and chargess additional costs for use of kettle, room safe and yo have a kitchen pack which is a negative as 5euro a day for a kettle ! Otherwise great stay apart from people being allowed to smoke in outside terrace dining arewa.not great when you are eating and children eatig.

Hotel is in a beautiful location with commanding 360 views. The grounds are extensive and beautifully kept. Car is advised as hotel a little out of the way from easily accessed shops although there is a free hotel shuttle bus to the local port.Rooms a good size and staff very friendly.

Location of the hotel is just great with nice and unobstructed views on both the ocean and Teide. The hotel itself looks a bit outdated and seems to have its great days back in the 90's but do not be put back by this as everything else including staff and food makes this up.

The room was large and comfort able,nice clean enough. But the friger is half broken and making the noise during night. There was no kettle in the room and rubbish bin in the living room. These two should be easily fixed. On a whole we like the hotel very much.

Amazing View Hotel
The hotel is located in the high position so you will see 360 view of mountain and sea. If you book an ocean view suite, the view from bacony is amazing. You are able to see both mountain and sea when you sit by window or at balcony. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel Las Aguilas was everything we could of hoped for! Clean, perfectly positioned for access to the north and south, beautifully maintained and the staff were lovely! Highly recommend.

location of this hotel is fab the quality of service is excellent too. The communal and garden areas are exceptionaland well maintained. It is recomended to take half board, as there is nothing in the immediate vacinity but the hotel food is wonderful and has many varieties to suit all tastes. However the rooms, all be it large are not that comfortable and there is a kitchen area which is of no use and has no self catering facilities, this area could be put to better use, however the overall experience was good and i would consider returning to this hotel.

Wir haben Last Minute gebucht und waren positiv überrascht von dem Hotel. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto, um die Insel zu erkunden. Andernfalls gibt es einen Shuttle Bus nach Puerto Cruz. Unser Zimmer war etwas abgewohnt. Allerdings ist die Außenanlage sehr hübsch und gepflegt. Wir hatten nur Frühstück gebucht. Parken ist kostenlos vor dem Hotel möglich.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und braucht dringend eine Renovierung!!! Die Pools sind sehr schön, die Lage des Hotels für Ausflüge perfekt und wenn man beim Essen nicht kritisch ist und keinen Wert auf gute Küche legt, dann passt das Hotel !! Und und unseren Kindern hat das Essen gar nicht geschmeckt, billige Qualität der Lebensmittel und Zubereitung ohne Würze! In Summe war das Hotel für uns für einen Aufenthalt ok, aber wiederholen werden wir das nicht!!!!

No tienen aire acondicionado en las suites… solamente en la sala, en las habitaciones te mueres de calor. El aire de la sala no tiene control remoto, debes de llamar a mantenimiento para subir o bajar temperarura. Ridiculo.. el desagüe del clima va a un botijo que debes de vaciar. De chiste. La cocineta es falso, no tiene nada mas que nevera. Si quieres calentar algo tienes que contratar un servicio de menaje para TODOS los dias de la estancia. Comida de los buffet barata barata, todo de baja calidad, hasta el bacon es “sucedaneo”… Una decepcion . No lo recomiendo. NO ES UN MELIA. El personal siempre amable y dispuesto. Lamentablemente ellos no pueden cambiar la realidad.

Hôtel tout à fait correct. Un réel plus pour Tenerife, le parking ! Un très bon accueil de l'ensemble du personnel. Chambre côté montagne trop bruyante car côté autoroute également ! Les chambres côté mer sont sans doute plus calmes.

Prisvärd och lugn semester. Tennisbana bordtennis, överraskande varm pool i december. Fin utsikt, bra service och goda drycker. Bra städning.Rekommenderas!

Bonjour ,Remarque positif; d'une suite. je remercié le personnel d'accueil ;il est trés professionnel.propreté exelente.le cadre magnéfique,calme.personnel trés agréable Remarque Négatif; lit parental a revoir trop vieux. Air conditionné,une sur deux qui fonctionne. conclusion ,je donne une note de 8/10 bonne experience,a recommander ....
