Zimmer waren nicht sauber und das Hotel hat generell keinen sauberen Eindruck gemacht. Bett viel zu kurz, grade wenn man 1,85 ist. Lage war super und das Personal super nett.

Das Hotel ist sehr modern renoviert und ausgestattet. Die Dachterasse ist schön gestaltet. In der Lobby gibt es Kaffee und Getränke kostenlos. Das Frühstück ist einfach, aber für den Preis mehr als angemessen. Das Personal ist sehr motiviert und stets hilfsbereit. Man bekommt täglich tips zu Ausflügen, die nicht im Reiseführer stehen und die Zimmer sowie das gesamte Hotel werden jeden Tag perfekt gereinigt. Bei jedem Anliegen stehen die Mitarbeiter sofort helfend zur Seite. Die Zimmer sind etwas speziell, da es kein Standardhotel ist. Das Zimmer mit Terrasse fiel etwas klein aus und es gab wenig Stauraum. Dennoch war alles sauber, es gab ein tolles Badezimmer mit Regendusche und ein sehr gutes WLAN. Parken kann man nicht vorm Hotel, jedoch am alten Hafen kostenlos. Dafür bekommt man eine sehr gute Lage und ist in 2 Minuten am Plaza Charco. Die Lage des Hotels ist ruhig aber zentral.

Me gustó mucho la decoración, habitaciones pequeñas y sin vistas hacia afuera del hotel, el jacuzzi estaba muy bien pero siempre ocupado aunque estupendas vistas desde el jacuzzi personal atento y profesional la unica pega es que no habia nadie en recepción desde las 11 de la noche hasta las 7 de la mañana

Lamentamos su valoración, le recomendamos que lea bien lo que reserva y que si quiere vistas exteriores, seleccione un tipo de habitación que las incluya; tienen otro precio. En cuanto a la recepción, disponemos de la tecnología necesaria para responder cualquier petición 24 horas 7 días a la semana, somos un hotel de este siglo;)
