A very restful and enjoyable stay in a fabulous villa.
From the moment we arrived until the moment we left we continued to be impressed with this well appointed, secluded and tastefully-furnished villa. The communication with the agent was first class, clear, helpful and prompt and it seemed that nothing was too much trouble for her. We have already recommended this property to a neighbour and would love to return again ourselves.

Puerto de la Cruz's best secret
We have had a wonderful holiday. The villa is beautiful, clean and private. There are plenty of places to sit and enjoy the views and the sun. In the morning all you can hear are the birds and the waves breaking on the rocks at the beach. The pool was immaculate and a maintenance guy came in twice in the week to clean it and water some of the plants. We stayed at the end of March to the beginning of April and it has been hot and sunny all week with temperatures up to 30 degrees. It is an absolutely stunning place for a holiday and the local property manager couldn't have been more helpful.

Excellent oasis in paradise

A plantation secret in development
The owner describes the facility as a secret in a banana plantation. This correct: no close neighbours but with a fantastic view on the mountains, the Orotava sea valley, Puerto de la Cruz and the sea itself! The house is furnished in a very cozy way but investments are partially necessary (and will be done this year following an announcement) All in all: unique and to recommended!

Attractive, mature place
We all loved the old house and its furnishings and its peaceful setting. The owner is very charming. It does however need upgrading. Plumbing, taps, showers not good, the electrics poor, the kitchen oven kaput. No dishwasher or microwave For six, two camp beds and two single beds were poor, only the double bed was good.

We arrived at 8pm without a car & Andreas the owner insisted he would take us to the supermarket so we had food essentials , the finca is stunning & very quiet we would not hesitate to stay again

Charming villa and hosts
We enjoyed are stay here, marred by poor weather. The villa is old fashioned particularly the bathrooms and kitchen but it is comfortable with an old world charm. The garden is lovely, when it’s not raining! Isabel and Andres are very welcoming

Traditional family home with everything you need
We came across this property by accident when searching the internet for a holiday property. How lucky were we?? A truly lovely, tranquil and welcoming home. The 5 of us including 3 teenagers aged 19, 16 and 13 all loved it. Close enough to the beach and other attractions when needed, but far enough away to get a true feel for North Tenerife. We were glad that we hired a car, although we didnt use it everyday, but it did make it easier for getting around and shopping. The pool, although unheated did warm up naturally and was very welcome both morning and evening. Owners Andreas and Isabelle were very welcoming and whilst we didn't need to ask for anything they were living nearby and were available all week, incuding delivering a surprise package of fresh croissants and morning goods on our second day! This property is not modern, but it is clean, spacious and full of character. I would thoroughly recommend it and would love to stay there again.

Lovely and peaceful traditional house in midst of banana plantation
We've had a fantastic and relaxing time at the villa. Kids and us loved it. Fantastic quiet location, beautiful garden and veranda and great views of the sea, sunsets and Teide from the roof terrace. Short 5 minutes drive to Loro Parque or Playa Jardin or Puerto de la Cruz centre. Andres the owner was very funny and helpful with tips for the best restaurants and places to go to. Great holiday choice.

Perfect Location and Stay
This property is amazing! My two daughters and I stayed here May 12-26, 2017 and loved it! It is perfectly located near Puerto De la Cruz, truly surrounded by banana groves and peaceful & tranquil. The booking process was easy and Ana was very responsive. Andres (owner) and his family live right next door and checked on us frequently to ensure our stay was perfect. The two bedrooms are far apart (perfect for us since we have a heavy snorer in the family!), the kitchen well equipped and the outdoor space....simply beautiful! We spent many sunsets on the rooftop terrace and some lazy days next to the pool. We rented a car for our stay but you really don't need one if you intend on spending your time in Puerto as the bus stop is a short walk away and the bus goes just about everywhere. We traveled much of the island and found an auto rental to be most convenient. If you have an auto, Santa Cruz, Los Gigantes and many other sights are not more than an hour away. This is the place to stay to slow down...mingle with the locals and enjoy the peace and quiet you really need when on vacation. Thank you Ana and Andres for a perfect vacation! February Break
The property was located just outside the town of Puerto, amoung banana plantations. Access was via a narrow and with a short section of unmade road. However once you arrive you are greeted by Andrés and Isabelle, who live adjacent to the house. They are very friendly and helpful. The house is large. Two double bedrooms each with its own bathroom, a comfortable lounge and an additional sitting room with a TV. The kitchen was perfectly adequate but could have been improved with some better cooking utensils etc. however the beauty of the house is the outside areas. A large covered patio which accommodates a full dining table and separately, rattan chairs with a low table. This leads onto a large lawned garden with shrubs and palm trees. It's within the garden that the delightful pool is set. There are sufficient sun loungers around the pool and given the palm trees, there are areas of shade if required. There is a barbecue to use and a full roof terrace, which seems a little blank but affords fantastic views of the La Orotava valley. Overall our stay was very enjoyable and would take a note for a return trip.

Peaceful location amongst the bananas
Wonderful, peaceful location situated in amongst banana plantations. Views of the sea and Mt Teide from the property. Access road is a little bumpy so you need to approach with caution. A 30-35 minute downhill walk to Playa Jardin in Puerto de la Cruz and a 6 minute drive to nearest supermarket with the motorway just beyond. Plenty of restaurants/ cafes in town. Property is large with all the essentials needed but could benefit from a microwave and dishwasher. Plenty of outside space with a lovely colourful walled garden laid to lawn, small swimming pool, under cover patio/ dining area and roof space with panoramic views. Our hosts, Isabel and Andres were friendly and helpful and just next door if assistance was required. Would return if visiting the island in the future.

A wonderful oasis in an otherwise busy but lovely area of Tenerife.
The house and garden were worth the rather tricky approach on rough terrain. Don't rent a fancy car! Once the house was reached it was wonderfully peaceful and private. Lovely to have a small private pool to come back to when hot. And a gorgeously situated patio area that caught the sun all afternoon and evening whilst the house remained cool during the day but cosy at night. Andreas and Isabel's house is homely and slightly quirky, which we loved. We were there for a week and the weather was perfect. Loved visiting Loro Parque, Mount Tiede, Jardin Botanico and swimming in the rock pools at Garachico. Our eight year old loved swimming in the harbour. Whilst not being as aesthetically pleasing as the beach it was much safer to swim in without the big waves and she could dive from the harbour walls. We all had a very lovely and relaxing holiday.

Thank you! Yes, the house is very peculiar, I have actually never seen a house like that in Tenerife, it is really special. Quiet, relaxing and the sunset provides fantastic colors on the garden…. Lovely quite Villa for a restful stay
Overall impression Very Good. Only problem was that although we had rented the whole villa we were not allowed the choice of bedrooms, we were given the room with 2 single beds. The double bedded room was locked, they said for decoration.

A lovely, quiet finca, feels rural but actually very close to Puerto De La Cruz..
Very well kept, spacious finca. It feels as though you're in the middle of nowhere but actually very close to Puerto de la Cruz and other great little towns, beaches and attractions in the North of the island. The owners, Isabel and Andres, are very close and provide a great meet and greet service. They also supply a superb list of things to see and so that most tourists would probably miss. Would recommend this place highly.

Peace and quiet
A lovely comfortable villa in a peaceful and quiet location, but close to the action in Puerto de la Cruz (if you want it). Isabel, Laura and Andres were all delightful and made us feel very welcome when we arrived. They even left us a bowl of fruit on the kitchen table and a couple of beers in the fridge. The location was perfect as a base for exploring Tenerife, especially Mount Teide. Highly recommended.

Vacances Ténérife avril 2024
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette charmante villa très bien décorée et équipée. Sa situation géographique aux abords de Puerto de la Cruz nous a permis de découvrir l'ensemble de l'île aisément tout en profitant du calme de la bannerai environnante. Les vues depuis la villa sont magnifiques. Notre hôte (Laure) a été très réactive et arrangeante. Des vacances parfaitement réussies en famille !

Haus mit Platz und Aussicht
Inmitten einer Bananenplantage ist man hier wirklich ohne Nachbarn - und kann absolute Ruhe genießen. Die Aussicht Richtung Küste und Richtung Berge ist vor allem in den frühen Morgenstunde (El Teide zeigt sich dann meistens in ganzer Schönheit) und nachts sehr beeindruckend. In fußläufiger Umgebung gibt es einige wenige Restaurants. Ein eigenes Fahrzeug ist aus meiner Sicht trotzdem unerlässlich. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ein paar mehr Teller, Tassen, Gläser usw. wären allerdings schon gut - bei maximal möglichen 6 Gästen ist der Schrank sonst nach jeder Mahlzeit leer. Danke möchten wir sagen für die schnelle Reparatur der Toilettenspülung - das war sehr professionell und freundlich! Auch der überfällige Austausch der Matratzen hat letztlich funktioniert und freut sicher auch folgende Gäste. Ein großes Dankeschön möchten wir vor allem dem Housekeeping hinterlassen.

Nice and quite holiday house
We spent a lovely and quite week here. The house was perfect for us since it had two separate bedrooms with a bathroom connected to them. The agency was great and all contact with them was easy and always helpful. Check in was easy and they sent out a list with great tips on what to do in the area prior to arrival. We can really recommend this house.

Mitten in den Bananenplantagen - Erholung pur
Wir waren eine Woche im Mädels-Urlaub. 4 langjährige Freundinnen. Das Haus war ideal für uns. 2 Schlafzimmer (eines auf der Südseite und das andere auf der Nordseite) jeweils mit eigenem Bad und Zwischentür. Ideal für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern, 2 Pärchen oder wie in unserem Fall 4 Freunde. Die Küche und der separate Wohnraum befinden sich im Zentralbereich des Hauses. Davor liegt die große, überdachte Terrasse. Es gibt noch ein Fernseh- Lesezimmer, dort könnte noch eine nicht allui große Person auf der breiten Couch schlafen. Der Garten mit Pool ist sehr gepflegt. Zum Haus kommt man über einen ca. 300m langen privaten Weg, der am Eingang mit einem Tor verschlossen ist. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt über ein Schlüsselkästchen. Der Code wird kurz vorab übermittelt. Es empfiehlt sich ein Auto zu haben, da das Anwesen doch sehr isoliert liegt, auch wenn die Bushaltestelle "La Asomada" in ca. 500m zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Warmes Wasser ist nicht ausreichend verfügbar für 4 Personen, aber wenn 2 abends und 2 morgens duschen, ist auch das kein Problem. Die Küchenausstattung könnte optimiert werden. In der Tat (wie schon in anderen Kommentaren geschrieben) sind so gut wie alle Messer stumpf und Pfannen zu wenig. Dies sind jedoch meines Erachtens Kleinigkeiten und vom Vermieter auch ohne großen (finanziellen) Aufwand lösbare Themen. Die Korrespondenz mit der Vermieterin Ana und auch mit der Person vor Ort Laura waren imminent und seht präzise. Wir werden ganz sicher wieder kommen, wenn Ana uns wieder aufnimmt😉. Vielen Dank auch für die Flasche Wein und Wasser und den Obstkorb, eine sehr nette Geste.

prachtig huis, een met een paar kleine verbeterpuntjes
Fantastische woning: zeer rustig gelegen, ruim, dakterras en een mooie tuin. Het huis is een aanrader voor wie een verblijf in Tenerife zoekt weg van het drukke Costa's. De aandachtspuntjes: de 2 enkele bedden in de masterbedroom hebben nood aan een nieuwe, betere matras en een paar extra verwarmingselementen zouden in de winter wel handig zijn.

Ein Juwel inmitten einer Bananenplantage
Wir haben drei Wochen im Haus verbracht und wären zu gern noch länger geblieben. Das Haus liegt ganz ruhig inmitten einer Bananenplantage, nur erreichbar über eine private Straße. Zur einen Seite sieht man vom Grundstück den Atlantik, zur anderen Seite den Teide. Die meisten Räume wurden sehr stilvoll modernisiert. Die überdachte Terrasse bietet ganz viel Platz und in der Mittagssonne Schatten. Der riesige, grüne Garten mit Pool bietet ganz viel Platz für Entspannung und zum Spielen für die Kleinen. 2x/Woche kommt der Gärtner Guzman und kümmert sich liebevoll um Pool und Garten. Für alle Fragen während des Aufenthalts hat uns Laura zur Seite gestanden und uns jederzeit sofort geholfen. Nochmals danke dafür! Für das Haus empfiehlt sich ein Auto, da fußläufig nichts wirklich einfach zu erreichen ist. Einziges kleines Manko: die Matratzen waren recht unbequem und hart.

Eine sehr schöne Finca in toller Lage! Aber...
Eine sehr schöne Finca mitten in einer Bananenplantage. Sehr ruhig gelegen und wunderschöner Blick zum Meer und zum Teide. ABER es weißt einige Mängel auf. Es können mit Glück 3 Personen mit warmen Wasser Duschen, danach gibt es nur noch kaltes Wasser. Duschvorhänge und Silkonabdichtungen in den Badewannen/Duschen waren verschimmelt. (der 1 Stern in der Bewertung ist hauptsächlich wegen dieser Sache...sonst war die Sauberkeit gut) Das Geschirr ist knapp bemessen genau für 6 Personen. Sodas ständig die Spülmaschine lief. Eine Pfanne war nicht vorhanden...(mal ein Rührei zum Frühstück somit nicht möglich) Die Messer waren leider sehr stumpf. Der Sonnenschirm war nicht benutzbar. Die Halterung war kaputt und vom Schirm war eine Querstrebe defekt. Für die Liegen gibt es leider keine Auflagen und teilweise ist die Bespannung gerissen und dass Gestell verrostet. Schade das die vorhandenen Solarlampen im Garten alle nicht funktionierten. Das schöne Netz auf der Dachterrasse war nicht mehr vorhanden ,sodass man nur an schattigen Tagen oder Abends dort sitzen konnte. Das Haus wird für 6 Personen angeboten was wir nicht empfehlen können. Wir waren 5 Personen. Das Gästebett war nicht zu gebrauchen da man jede einzelne Sprungfeder spürte. Wir haben das Schlafsofa benutzt. Was nach ein paar Tagen auch nicht mehr sehr bequem war. Alles zusammen genommen können wir das Haus leider so nicht empfehlen.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Kommentare, alles hilft uns, uns weiter zu verbessern. Ihr Besuch war im August und genau im September kam der Besitzer, der in Deutschland lebt, um das Haus für zwei Wochen zu schließen und reparierte die Badezimmer, wechselte den Sonnenschirm, kaufte neue Sonnenliegen und ersetzte die Solargartenlampen durch andere, die funktionierten. . Ihre Kommentare kommen also zu spät. Sie haben nur dazu beigetragen, die Punktzahl der Immobilie dramatisch zu senken, was uns nach all der Mühe sehr traurig macht. Vielen Dank für Ihren Vorschlag, mehr Platten zu kaufen, wir werden mehr kaufen. In der Beschreibung des Hauses ist genau beschrieben, dass es 2 Schlafzimmer und ein großes Schlafsofa im Raum des Fernsehzimmers gibt. Deshalb ist es sehr üblich, dass das Haus für 4 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder oder sogar für 5 Erwachsene reserviert wird, aber niemals für einen Aufenthalt so lange wie Sie. Trotzdem bin ich froh, dass Ihre Eingangsbeschreibung erwähnt, dass das Anwesen sehr schön ist, wir danken Ihnen von ganzem Herzen. English: Thank you for your review, it will help us to keep improving. Your visit was in August and actually on September the owner, who lives in Germany, came to close the house for two weeks and fixed the bathrooms, changed the umbrella, bought new sun loungers and replaced the solar garden lamps with others that worked. . So your suggestions arrived late. Were only useful to dramatically lower the score of the property, which makes us very sad after all the efforts we made recently. Thank you for your suggestion to buy more plates, we will buy more. In the description of the house it is perfectly detailed that there are 2 bedrooms and a large sofa bed in the space of the TV room. That is why it is very common here bookings for 4 adults + 2 children, or even for 5 adults, but never for a stay as long as yours. Despite this, I am glad that your initial words refer that the property is very nice, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Wunerschöne Finca in perfekter Lage
Schöne Alleinlage, trotzdem in 5 min im Zentrum, schöner großer Garten, toller Blick auf Meer und Teide. Das Haus ist schön, neue moderne Küche, große überdachte Terasse, großer, sonniger Garten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vermieter sehr nett!

Einfach paradiesisch!

Sehr schöne Finca in perfekter Lage
Schöne Finca mit toller überdachter Terasse sehr ruhig in einer Bananenplantage gelegen. Man ist trotzdem schnell in Puerto oder auf der Autobahn. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Die Warmwasserbereitung könnte etwas besser funktionieren.

Traumurlaub
Diese wunderschöne rustikale Finca in abgelegener Lage hat meiner Freundin und mir sehr gut gefallen. Sie liegt wie auf den Bildern in der Beschreibung allein und damit ruhig inmitten einer Bananen- und Avocadoplantage. Einmal die Woche kommt ein Gärtner (um sich um den Garten und den Pool zu kümmern) und eine Putzfrau (welche neue Handtücher bereitstellt, die Betten neu bezieht und einmal ordentlich sauber macht). Der überaus freundliche Kontakt und die super Tips für Aktivitäten und Restaurantempfehlungen von Laura haben unseren Urlaub zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht!!!!! ABSOLUT ZU EMPFEHLEN!

Agréable villa & très bien située
Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cette villa très bien située : très calme et proche de Puerto de Cruz (idéal pour faire visiter toute l'île). Piscine agréable mais petite (parfait pour un très jeune enfant). Le jardin est splendide avec cocotiers, fleurs... et le patio invite à la détente. Nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux d'Andrés (plein d'attention à notre égard) qui est très à l'écoute de ces hôtes. Seul petit bémol, la présence fréquente des jardiniers et un équipement vieillissant dans le salon.

Excellente situation de la maison pour découvrir tous les parcs de l’île de Tenerife ainsi que les villes historiques. Maison très agréable à vivre avec une terrasse sur le toît permettant d’avoir une belle vue sur la ville de Puerto de la Cruz, sur la mer et les montagnes avec le mont Teide. Secreto en la plantación
Hemos estado en Noviembre una semana mi pareja y yo, la casa es espectacular, muy bonita y comoda, dispone de un jardín precioso con piscina, y una terraza en la parte de arriba con vistas 360º, la casa está en medio de una plantación de platanos por lo que resulta muy tranquila, está apartada y al mismo tiempo estas en 10 minutos en el centro de Puerto la Cruz. Finca in mitten einer Bananenplantage mit wunderschönen Aussichten
Wir (3 Personen) waren für 2 Wochen in dieser wunderschönen großräumigen Finca. Sehr liebevoll im Landhausstil eingerichtet. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Der Garten war ein Traum (Blick auf den Teide) und die Dachterrasse war ebenfalls ein Traum (Blick aufs Meer und Sonnenuntergang). Der Pool sorgte für Abkühlung. Die Eigentümer sind sehr zuvorkommend und gastfreundlich und immer ansprechbar. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Tolles Ferienhaus in sehr schöner Lage. Toller Blick in alle Richtungen. Schönes Klima - nicht zu heiß und nicht zu kalt. Der Garten war super. Die Kinder konnten gut spielen und sich zwischendurch im Pool abkühlen. Kann man nur weiter empfehlen. TOLL!

Séjour parfait !
Superbe séjour dans cette très sympatique maison nichée au coeur d'une bananeraie. Le jardin est très agréable, planté de palmiers et très bien entretenu. L'accueil par Isabelle et Andres est extremement sympathique et chaleureux. Nous avons beaucoup aimé cette partie verdoyante de l'ile, à l'ecart des grosses stations balneaires du sud de tenerife. Un grand merci à nos hôtes !

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Ein sehr schönes Haus, genau wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Unsere Kinder haben jeden Tag den kleinen Pool im Garten genossen. Es wird auf jeden Fall ein Auto benötigt, um die Stadt zu erreichen. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub an einem super Ort.

Tolle Lage, schöner Garten aber grosser Modernisierungsbedarf. Schade!
Wir hatten uns sehr auf diesen Urlaub gefreut. Nach der Ankunft wurden wir an geplanter Stelle in Empfang genommen zum Haus gebracht und freundlich begrüsst. Isabel und Andres sind ganz reizende, nette Menschen und haben uns während des Aufenthaltes immer wieder mit kleinen Geschenken (Brötchen zum Frühstück, Kuchen) überrascht. Toll! Das Haus liegt inmitten der Bananenplantage, ist sehr ruhig und abgelegen und hat einen schönen, grossen Garten mit herrlich blühendem Oleander, Bugainvilla und Plumeria und Palmen. Der Pool taugt zum erfrischen, mit 3x4,5 m ist schwimmen kaum möglich. Das Haus hat leider die besten Zeiten lange hinter sich, es ist muffig und riecht nach Schimmel. In den Schränken sind Stockflecken. Wir haben immer gelüftet, dies brachte kaum Besserung. Überall ist etwas kaputt, die Schranktüren hängen schief, die Elektrogeräte sind sehr einfach und kaum funktionsfähig. Es muss ständig improvisiert werden, das WLAN reicht nur 5m weit, es gibt keine gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten, nur durchgesessene Möbel (besonders Innen), wir haben uns dadurch leider kaum wohl gefühlt. Eigentlich würden wir nur 2 Sterne geben, da das Preis- Leistungs Verhältnis nicht stimmt, weil die Gastgeber aber wirklich bemüht, sehr freundlich und sofort für uns da waren, hier 3 Sterne. We've had great plans on this holiday. After the arrival we were taken to the house after having met Andres a planned place and were greeted friendly. Isabel and Andres are very lovely, nice people and have surprised us during the stay again and again with small gifts (rolls for breakfast, cake). Great! The house is located in the midst of the banana plantation, is very quiet and secluded and has a beautiful, large garden with beautifully blossoming oleander, bugainvilla and plumeria and palm trees. The pool is good for refreshing, but with 3x4.5 m size, swimming is hardly possible. The house unfortunately has the best times long behind it, it is musty and smells mold. There are stains in the cupboards. We have always aroused, this brought hardly any improvement. Everywhere something is broken, doorways hang crooked, the electrical appliances are very simple and hardly functional. We constantly had to improvise, the WLAN reaches only 5m far, there is no comfortable seating, only through-sized furniture (especially inside), we have unfortunately hardly felt comfortable. Actually, we would only give 2 stars, but because the hosts really tried to be very nice, 3 stars.

I and my family had a fantastic vacation in Puerto la Cruz. The house was big, clean and every thing in the house worked without any problem. The gardin and the swimmingpool were clean. The house was in the city og near a shoppingcenter. The best was the owners of the house. They were nice and helpful. They were very near and asked if we needed anything. We were very glad to visit tenerife

Wonderful stay in a wonderful house
There is not much to write because everything was perfect. We spent two great weeks with our little daughter (1 1/2 years) and enjoyed every single second. The hosts are really nice and welcomed us. We will come back!

Une maison de famille reposante et pleine charme
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Puerto de la cruz. La maison est réellement pleine de charme par sa décoration très cosy et la beauté de la végétation qui l'entoure , elle est facile à vivre avec sa grande terrasse ouverte sur le joli jardin parfaitement entretenu par un jardinier. Les couchers de soleils sur le toit terrasse avec vue sur la mer sont fabuleux. Il est très agréable le matin de se faire réveiller par le chant des oiseaux. Les 2 grandes chambres avec chacune leur salle de bain et situées sur des ailes différentes de la maison permettent de bien garantir l'intimité de chacun. La piscine est un peu petite et pas chauffée mais suffit à se rafraichir. Les propriétaires sont très avenants et leurs conseils touristiques bien avisés. Il est indispensable d'être véhiculé car la maison est située au milieu d'une plantation de bananiers et d'avocatiers ; le centre ville est néanmoins à seulement 10 mn. Pour nous, il s'agit de la partie de l'île la plus intéressante du fait de la beauté des paysages verdoyants, du charme des petits villages et de la fraicheur des soirées. Nous y retournerons très certainement.
