The contact number was unanswered the entire day of our stay despite multiple calls. The apartment owner did call us back 8 hours after our initial call. We arrived within 'check-in' hours to an empty facility prior to his call back and wandered around aimlessly until he called back in which we had to go to another location to pick up the keys.
