The Burren Hotel Guide - Hotels with Air Conditioning in The Burren, County Clare

just a relaxing midweek break, staff very nice and atmosphere really nice in hotel, lovely food.

The Hawthorn is a destination hotel, gorgeous decor, fantastic staff, super location, drop your bags, breathe and relax. Plenty to do on the grounds with a gorgeous golf course and fantastic walks, or indulge in the spa. Sure sign of a great hotel is when you don’t want to leave and I didn’t!

We had an excellent stay at the Connemara Coast Hotel. I could not fault them on anything. They handled all of the restrictions really well and every single member of staff was friendly and accommodating. Cannot recommend the hotel highly enough and have been telling everyone about it since we left.

Really great value and we'll run

Overall a great experience,, only disappointment was when I checked out I settled my bill and then another €18.00 was taken from my account It may not seem like much but that incident casts a shadow of doubt on the experience and I’m afraid I wouldn’t be comfortable returning,, it’s a pity but in today’s technology mistakes like that shouldn’t occur

Fantastic location located in the middle of all bars Restaurants and shops. The staff were very friendly. The hotel is very basic but very good for Solo travellers.

This is an old property in the middle of Galway’s ‘Latin quarter’. It is super busy with shops, pub cans music but the hotel was an oasis in the middle of the busyness. We had a lovely room, comfortable bed and all one would expect from a building that originally was built 400 years ago. No lift and rooms aren’t hugely but it had alot of character as well as comfort. We loved it, will say again!

The property is responsive and very accommodating in facilitating to our needs. It’s important for us travelling with a young child. The apartment is well equipped and maintained. The instruction we’ve got for self check in is clear. The location is convenient and has a great view.

Absolutely great service at the hotel, we arrived early and they took our bags and called when the room was ready. Restaurant staff were amazing always ready to assist, take orders and clean up both meals and empty tables. Music in the lounge was great it really suited the room and added some atmosphere. Got a complimentary upgrade to the room which was unexpected and greatly appreciated. Also the termal spa was very relaxing and felt great afterwards. Will definitely be coming back when we...

Hotel was lovely especially the Gin Parlour!! Staff were excellant made your stay very personal, Breakfast yummy, simply can't fault anything

We chose the ardilaun Initially because of its price, compared to other 4 star hotels it was good value for money. It's a 30 minute walk to the city centre which is OK if the weather is good. 10 euro for the taxi back (rip off) The ardilaun has beautiful gardens and plenty of free parking. The hotel itself although a bit dated has a spacious lobby. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The leisure facilities were excellent with good size pool, steam room and jacuzzi. One gripe I had was the...

As always 2 main things stick out about the hotel, the food in the restaurant which is second to none and the friendly staff who are always on hand with a smile and a greeting, super helpful and informative. Thanks for another lovely night away..

Lovely hotel was upgraded on arrival bedroom bright and spotless staff very helpful car park at the side of the hotel

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The hotel / rooms are exceptionally clean. You need a room key to access bedroom floors from the lift and also to gain access to hallways so it feels extra safe and stops people just wandering around! Great food, very central and rooms are very comfortable. Great short-term stay option, will definitely be staying here again!! 👍👍

Excellent,as usual.
