"The hotel was ok. Elevators took a really long time. Early check in was verbally confirmed but at arrival, it wasn’t and we had to wait 3hours but at least the bar lobby waiting area was comfortable. We called housekeeping for extra pillows (4) and they kept delivering 1, for 2 nights in a row. Lots of miscommunications from calling housekeeping to the actual order that was sent. Location was great and convenient. Overall ok stay."

"The building and lobby were beautiful, but the room itself was a bit disappointing. Bathroom faucet was loose from its fitting, and there was very little room to store toiletries in there."

"I don’t know about the other reviews, but you can turn the heat off in your room, and the window ac works just fine. "

"Our air conditioner was broken for a couple days and it was 80 degrees. We called to get it fixed, and three hours later nobody came. We had to call again then finally someone came and opened the window. The AC was broken the whole time though (besides the first day)."

"Terrible las ratas nos mordieron el bolso de mi hija y lo rompieron para morderle una bolsita de maní,a mi esposo le mordieron las medias y tuvimos que votarlas a la basura, el sonido en la noche y la madrugada del tubo del baño era terrible no pudimos descansar casi nada, el desayuno horrible y básico. La peor experiencia de New York la tuvimos y pagando 300 dólares por noche, no lo recomiendamos para nada. Un robo total."
