We do not skimp on amenities. Our home is stocked with things you didn't even know you needed.

Open concept, tons of seating in and out, fully loaded kitchen, we're 5 minutes to Lake Sumter and you can walk to golf.

This is a retirement community, we strive to host guests looking of a quiet, comfy, safe home providing a memorable experience with the ability to connect with one another, family & friends.

We are super strict on restricting parties.

We heat the pool to 83-ish Nov-May only. If you want the pool warmer, we charge $45 per day

Hot tub and pool are controlled remotely or by an app that gusts can download

This was a wonderful place for our visit with family in The Villages. Comfortable, the pool & spa & games were great, close to amenities. Great communication from the host, thanks!
