The hotel was located just minutes from Times Square and broadway shows making it easy to walk around! It was very clean and had a wonderful breakfast!! Highly recommend CitizenM Times Square!! "

"The rooms were small but very clean and modern. I would have liked more storage space for our belongings. The hotel is right in the center of time square close to all the broadway shows. "

"The room was clean and the staff friendly. The only challenge was the busy elevator. We had to wait over 5 minutes each time to get an elevator going up or down."

"The location was perfect for NYC marathon and room made up very well for our second night. Elevator/room keys a bit of a pain to use 100% well. Many kept having problems accessing their floors. Dusting could be improved for the not so obvious surfaces of the room. Lastly…placing a desk and chair against a bed makes it practically impossible to use? And a mini fridge UNDER that desk? Tiny room layouts need work. "
