"Amazing stay at The Priory. Sarah was such a lovely, friendly host, full of stories about the building and couldn’t do enough to ensure my stay was enjoyable. I stayed in room 5, which was a delight - the bathroom was gorgeous, with a roll top bath and waterfall shower. The bedroom decor was tasteful and it felt cosy. The breakfast was hearty and very tasty. I couldn’t have asked for more from my stay. I will definitely be returning if I’m in the area again. "

"A lovely restful stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and very friendly. Food was amazing and they catered wonderfully for our gluten and lactose problems. Good bar and there are two sitting rooms, one with a small billiard table in. There are two electric charging points in the car park (7KWh). The area has amazing walks, including a 1 mile walk to Hawes. "

"Excellent 10 out of 10. Our 3 day Xmas period stay with our dog was from arrival absolutely superb. All the staff are very pleasant and helpful; the room was warm, comfortably and clean. The food throughout our stay was excellent with a menu to suit everyone and the Xmas lunch was fantastic. This is definitely a place to revisit."

"The radiator in the room didn't work. I went to see the staff, and the boiler wasn't switched on, which is very strange for January !!. The boiler was on but the radiator didn't work on either day of my visit. 2 heaters were provided, but the person in charge wasn't aware of the issue with the boiler/radiator, which was poor in my view."
