Great stay! The staff were amazing and the food selections were delicious. We got to meet one of the chefs and it was a great experience to be able to thank him for the meal. Would definitely stay here again.

Felt so welcomed in this place, the views were amazing and the location was pretty isolated. The rooms were nice but did find cockroaches multiple times but other than that, it was a great experience.

Third time is Tulum and by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at. Staff is amazing, beautiful views/amenities, food was good, drinks were great. Next time I’m in Tulum I’ll definitely be back.

Really nice property with super helpful and friendly stuff. Only two things were annoying, too many people were smoking, even after the waiter asked them to stop, they did not care and continued smoking/vaping when kids were around. The noise level from some guests is unacceptable! Next to two bachelorette parties in our building, our room neighbors starting building something during the night including hammers and electrical drills. We informed guest service and security made them stop for 30min, afterwards they continued. The guests moved out the next day, but still a very unpleasant experience. Other than that, our stay was perfect, with great food and awesome views. Snorkeling is fun, too and a lot to do for kids! Highly recommend this property!!

Omg this was a wonderful vacation. Thank you so much this country the natives were so kind and Devine. The structure of this resort was beautiful! I can’t wait to bring my family. I have to give a big shout out to Julian he checked us in he was lovely and made us feel welcomed. Now Martin the bellboy was a tremendous help and sought to all my needs. I thank you for keeping my friend and I safe and making sure our taxis came and got us safely. We miss you already. Now the spa was amazing and we had two gentle men who helped us book our spa and treated us like La familia. Juan Mazaba & Andres. You both personality and warm ness you both blessed me! At the spa Ms. Eva she was so beautiful it was my 30th birthday she sung to me in Spanish and it was so special I was sobbing. Thank you so much ! My fav bartenders Oscar ! And Otoniel drinks and professionalism was phenomenal thank you guys ! Lastly , Israel he took care of us for breakfast thank you for serving us. This resort was a true blessing and it was magical I will be returning next year with my family !! 10 stars the food , the drinks , the views , structures , vibes , people , no complaints I loved it loved it ! Thank you !

Our ice machine was not working. And we are big ice lovers, especially in Mexico. For the exception of the Asian restaurant all the food was served cold, which we complained about on numerous occasions.

This resort was absolutely BEAUTIFUL. The stay was a 10/10. So very welcoming staff was amazing rooms were fresh & clean. HOWEVER, the food was a 4/10 the restaurants the had were not the greatest in food taste buffet had the same stuff every morning.

Actual resort property is beautiful. The views are unmatched. Weird you can't see any of the resorts from the street though which I guess I like. The food is just ok. For the price you pay, the food/menu can definitely do much better in regards to flavor and availability. Also keep in mind the resort is a good distance away from Tulum center, so you just have to keep that in mind whenever you decide to leave the hotel to explore and do excursions.

This resort although pretty new functions like a well oiled machine. Offers the perks and elite experience that Hilton is usually known for. Food and drink options are plenty while being diverse. Both dine in and buffets offer a wide selection. Our main reason for selecting this resort is due to its Kids friendly approach to activities and stay. They have a day care for 4 years and older kids as well as separate section for teen kids.

This resort was amazing. The food, drinks and staff were all incredible. The resort facilities were great and all very well kept. The rooms were beautiful and the shuttle to and from the lobby was really convenient. I would definitely book at this resort again the service was unmatched.

This Hilton provided an excellent experience for our family. It offers superb facilities for children, exceptional food, and outstanding service. The beach area is well-maintained, though it’s advisable to wear swim shoes due to the rocky ground. The pools are also well-kept, but the services provided for cabana rentals could require more attention. The only area for improvement is room cleanliness, which did not meet our standards. Housekeeping services were inconsistent, and the showers needed more attention before our checking-in. Despite these issues, the overall experience was remarkable, and I would definitely recommend it.

My stay at the Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya was amazing. The property is absolutely gorgeous and the rooms are spacious. Breakfast was great and had so many options. I wish we got to try more restaurants for dinner but reservations go very fast. I think it would be better to allow people to book daily rather than weekly. Staff was friendly for the most part but sometimes would disappear if you asked them for something. Towels and room service took exponentially long. But overall great experience and great for relaxation!! If you want entertainment this is not the resort for you!

A couple of things to know - beach is almost non existent, full of rocks and seaweed - when you arrive call the concierge and book all your dinners for the week. Place fills out fast and there are no walk jns - whole family cauggt food poisoning- watch what you eat at the various offerings - personnel is super nice - if you are a family they will put you up in Casa 6 which is a mile from the lobby / ask to be at Casa 3 at the max
