The Space
Situated in the MISTIQ TEMPLE community, this stunning loft is nestled in the midst of the lush Mayan jungle. The development provides a range of amenities, including a well-equipped gym, a restaurant, a co-working area, and a convenience store stocked with essential items. You can also find a ground-floor swimming pool and over 5 rooftop pools with sunbeds, allowing you to bask in the sun while soaking in fantastic views. As an added bonus, transportation to the beach is included, and we have an agreement with Orchid House Beach Club.
As soon as you step inside, you’ll fall in love with the space! There are 2 levels to the condo and floor-to-ceiling windows that look out into the surrounding nature. On the main level, you have a sitting area with a plush sofa facing a Smart TV, a well-equipped kitchenette, a dining table for sit-down meals and working on your laptop if needed, and a modern full bathroom. Open the sliding glass doors and step out onto your private patio, where you have seating. The bedroom on the upper level has a king-size bed outfitted with quality cotton linens, plush pillows, and air-conditioning to ensure a good night’s rest. Here in the loft, you’ll also have a pair of cushioned chairs.

You’ll have exclusive access to the condo as well as the complex amenities.
Interaction with Guests
This is a self-check-in unit using a code to access the keys in the lockbox. Full instructions will be sent to you before arrival.
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message!
Other things to note
Guests must climb stairs inside the condo.
Please note: Tulum is an area of high growth, and at times, you may hear construction noise during daytime work hours.
The property may experience occasional electricity and WiFi outages.
For stays longer than 1 week, a complimentary cleaning is provided (mandatory) once a week and includes fresh towels. For stays longer than 28 days, bed linen changes are included every 15 days. If you require more frequent changes, there will be a charge of $30 USD.
Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded 7 days after check-out, provided all terms are met.
WE KINDLY ASK ALL GUESTS TO ABIDE BY THESE HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) inside the unit, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a penalty of $300 USD.
- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 8 am. Excessive noise is not tolerated during any hour.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- The apartment will only be handed over to the main guest listed on the booking, who must present official identification. In case the main guest is absent, no exceptions will be made even if the companions are present.
- A maximum of one pet weighing no more than 18 kg is allowed for a fee of $50 USD. For larger breeds, please inquire and obtain approval before booking.

Getting around
The property is about 120 km | 75 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN) or 43 km | 27 mi from the new Tulum airport. Always consult your mobile map app for an accurate driving time, as it will vary based on the time of day. It’s best to prearrange your airport transfers. Once in Tulum, you can easily rent bikes and scooters to get around, plus there are always taxis available. There’s 1 assigned parking space if you’re arriving by car.
