"Great hotel - everything is new, well designed and appointed. Great bed! Front desk, restaurant and housekeeping staff are all well trained, professional, courteous and helpful. The restaurant is excellent. Located near Victoria Station with easy walking to Buckingham Palace, Parliament, Trafalgar Square, etc. The only concern might be the people who hang around the sidewalk near the hotel after dark. The hotel and guest rooms were lovely, with a playful atmosphere, making for a very fulfilling stay.
The breakfast was also very luxurious, and choosing what to eat was exciting.
