"A beautiful renovated property and wonderfully clean. Luxurious bathroom in the family suite and extremely comfortable rooms for our stay. Quality locally sourced food in the restaurant area, we had a delicious dinner and evening. Hospitality and accommodation all excellent, a gem of a find, we would stay again in a heartbeat and highly recommended already to friends. "
"Lovely hotel in great location near train station I asked for a fridge in the room which was supplied at no extra cost room and bathroom were lovely , only disappointment was pool & spa not available at the moment"
"We felt very welcome here. The hotel is well staffed and our room was comfortable and clean. We ate breakfast and evening meal here, both were good. Hotel occupies a great position in the town overlooking the Wye valley. The town centre is a very short walk.
Parking is tight but adequate. A USB or 13A socket either side of the bed would have been useful. "
"Friendly and helpful staff. Good location with lovely views.
The restaurant menu was excellent. I wish I could’ve stayed more nights to try more meals from the menu. "
"We love this hotel. Night away for our wedding anniversary and we received a surprise upgrade to one of the suites which was fab. Great staff, lovely rooms, will definitely stay again. "
