"Bathroom was teeny tiny which was really my only gripe. This is not unusual for NYC, so not a real problem. Bed was comfy and hotel had a lovely bar downstairs. Overall a very nice stay!"

"They do a great service by providing budget accommodation in NY. Staff was super helpful and responsive to my requests. Convenient location, safe area. A previous review mentioned the $10 daily fee that should have been added up front. They said they’d notified their partners so maybe an oversight by Expedia. The mini store in the pics is not there but plenty of places within a block to buy things. "

"The Lucerne is a beautiful hotel, the staff, especially the front door staff is amazing. Nice Matin is a great restaurant and just next door which is convenient. My only issue was that the beds are vey high and as a disabled person they were difficult to get into, i asked about a step stool but they did not have one. Other than that the hotel is very clean, the beds are comfortable and I felt safe."
