"The hotel is very clean and modern. Our room had a nice view. It's very close to the Aquashow. We were travelling as a group of 3, two adult friends and a ten-year-old child. The 3rd bed in our room was a flop-out chair bed, very unsuitable. This was replaced with a camp bed on wheels, which was, needless to say, also very uncomfortable and unsuitable for an adult. We were allowed to stay on site for the remainder of the day following check out. "

"Sterile environment. Hallways were bare white. Staff not very friendly they just followed rules. We could not get a one hr early check in even though the hotel had low occupancy. We had too ask for extra pillows, none in closet. No bath mat. The soap dispenser was on the opposite wall of the sink. Food in main dining room was good not great. They had one waiter for all the diners. It was strange for a supposed five star restaurant. The view was spectacular. The massage we had in the spa was very good. Probably would try somewhere else next time. We felt like a number not a treasured guest. Our hotels in Lisbon and Cascais were excellent "

"The hotel is in a great location, however there are many online reviews that claim the sun sets over the sea - it doesn’t. The sunsets were beautiful, but the sun went down over land not sea. The staff were really nice. The hotel had bikes for rent - but when we tried to rent them we were told they weren’t safe snd they were awaiting a new delivery. Not really a problem but why not remove the bike with the sign saying “rent me”? "

"I stayed in April 2026 for business purposes. Considering the little number of four and five star properties in Faro (which is only three if I am not mistaken) this is the best hotel in terms of physical conditions. If you are looking for beautiful sea view from your balcony, this is not your property though."

"Excellent accommodation, room was stark in terms of decor. Excellent box breakfast. Very helpful staff. Great location. Would definitely recommend for a short stay."
