This converted convent is beautiful, safe, centrally located, very clean and spacious, friendly staff, elevator, and nice courtyard with pool and hammocks hanging over shallow pool. Bar and restaurant flanks courtyard. Has parking if needed and is 2 blocks from bus station. One block from the Cathedral square. Perfect location! Will definitely stay here again.

The four of us (2 adults and 2 kids) enjoyed every aspect of this great hotel. The locations is amazing and allowed us to walk anywhere we wanted. Pool is great and so is the breakfast and coffee. Room service is awesome too.

Our stay, originally planned for just a few days, unexpectedly extended to almost a week due to unforeseen medical circumstances. Despite the prolonged stay, the majority of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and accommodated. Their exceptional service truly made a difference, turning what could have been a stressful situation into a more comfortable experience. The hotel itself was well-maintained and provided a clean and cozy environment for our stay. We appreciated the effort put into keeping the rooms and facilities in good condition. While there were some areas for improvement, such as the inconsistent service from a few staff members and the disappointing experience at the hotel restaurant, overall, we enjoyed our time there. We would recommend exploring the surrounding dining options for a more satisfying culinary experience. Despite the challenges we faced, the warmth and dedication of the majority of the staff made our extended stay more manageable and memorable.

Gem in the city center.
This hotel has both a colonial and a newly renovated flair. The rooms were very comfortable; staff was friendly. I would highly recommend it. It is two blocks from the cathedral and two blocks from the ADO bus terminal.

Absolutely beautiful property, very glad we stayed here. Staff were friendly and accommodating, we were given a room on 5th floor and whilst it would have been beautiful my mum is not great with heights and elevators and the staff moved our room immediately without hesitation. The property is stunning and well maintained and rooms are spacious, comfortable and incredible clean! I will be returning to this property!

Well located.
Very conveniently located. Nice, clean and spacious room with an excellent fridge. Only recommendation would be to have a coffee maker or electric kettle in the room.

Beautiful hotel. Building feels brand-new and spacious. Staff keeps everything exceptionally clean. Great beds with high quality linens. Quiet air conditioner that we could leave on all night without keeping us awake. Large bathrooms in room. Friendly and accommodating staff. Great location too. Just a few steps to the main plaza and to many shops and restaurants. The whole family loved it!

It was a pleasure to stay at the Real Hispano hotel. It is excellently located, the parking is easy (and included), the property is maintained well, the staff are courteous, and the food is great too. We enjoyed the breakfasts that were included in our package -- the first day, they asked us to pick from the menu (eggs, pancakes, etc.) and the next day there was a buffet with eggs, pancakes, etc. Valladolid is a wonderful place to explore by foot, and this hotel is a perfect place to come back to for breaks. It is nice enough to actually hang out in when not exploring the city or surrounding area! I definitely recommend it!

Good location. Room was nice and clean. Just a heads up, They make you sign a waiver that you cannot bring in any outside alcoholic drinks, including closed cans, into your room or else they will give you a $2000 peso fine, which to me was a little strange and unusual. Pool was small and extremely crowded. Front desk was a little rude and not helpful during check-in. Overall an okay stay.

The location of this Hotel is the best. Room was big, parking easy on premises, and the common areas well kept. The Plaza and church are 1 block away and there are lots of restaurants around to choose from. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location just a block off the central square. We only stayed one night because we couldn’t get that night at another place we stayed for the rest of our time. It was clean. Beautiful tile floors on the main floor. We didn’t use the pool or eat there.
