Very nice small hotel, good service from the staff. Very nice patio area. Unfortunately we were placed on a room on the very front of the hotel with no sitting area outside like the rest of the rooms. No water in the room was a negative as well. Everything else was fine.

Beautiful, quiet Valle de Guadalupe gem. Staff was friendly and helpful. Dinner and wine delicious. V comfortable room and amenities. Only one suggestion that breakfast service could start an hour earlier for travellers. We waited until 8 am and the kitchen still was not open. Another plus for us would be in room coffee service.

It is a small and quiet property. Well thought out layout. Pool/hottub/firepit area very nice. restaurant and outdoor dining were both beautiful. Food was good and convenient. Staff were all attentive.

Pleasant stay
We stopped here on our way north towards the border. Hopefully we can go back in the future and stay a few days. The hotel is well cared for and the staff very helpful. Be patient with the hot water - it’ll get hot but it takes quite a while.

Great layout with pool, dining and room locations in a large courtyard area. Staff were excellent and very professional. We went during off season during the week and only one other couple was staying. Had it to ourselves. We will be back.

I wish I could leave a good review as I really wanted to love this property. The room was nice, we stayed in the king suite. The trash in the room had not been thrown away giving me the impression it was not cleaned properly. The private sitting area outside was covered in dead bees from the growing bee hive above us. I didn’t feel comfortable sitting out there with the bees buzzing around. There was no soap in the bathroom. Taking a shower was a task, I waited a good ten minutes for the water to get hot, when it finally did get hot it was scorching. It was difficult to get the barely trickling out water to a comfortable temperature. The water pressure is ridiculously low making it difficult to wash the soap from your body and hair. When i finally settled down for the night and got into bed I found a huge black bug in the bed! I reported this all to the staff and had the shower head replaced hoping for better results however it did not fix the issue. The other issues were reported but did not seem to raise any concerns for the staff. The restaurant was good but very overpriced. If you aren’t going to provide coffee in room as advertised, then it is absurd to charge $5.00 for a cup of coffee that most establishments provide their customers for free. Overall impression was not impressed for the amount of money spent.

This felt like a 5 star luxury hotel and service from ALL staff. I have never been more impressed and I travel and have stayed in many many places all over the world. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know.

This is a hidden gem. While it is very new and they run on a small staff and are still getting their feet, the grounds were beautiful with easy parking and hotel was safe and guarded off. Great pool/jacuzzi area that was open late. The basic room is small but beautifully designed, very clean, and the bed was fantastic. The dining situation is simple but like I said this place is brand new. The location is perfect for easily getting to all wineries, very private and quiet, and the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Overall, I would highly recommend.

We had an amazing few nights at this beautiful property! The staff at the hotel were awesome, our room was very comfortable and clean and we enjoyed the modern feel and amenities. The pool area is very nice with a hot tub as well as a fire pit. The hotel is very small and personable and what really made our stay so great was the hotel staff from the front desk manager to the two back of house workers that were amazing and their skills in the kitchen were wonderful and tasteful as well. I would definitely recommend staying here and hope to return soon!
