The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, dresser & 2 night stands, walk-in closet & bathroom. The upstairs has a loft that looks over living room and has a couch / bed and office area,1 of 4 TVs, second bedroom has two twin beds, night stand, dresser and walk-in closet next to a second full bathroom.The dining & family room open to a large fully equipped kitchen and a screened in storage area / private patio. The living room comes fully furnished with 2 couches, one of which converts into a pull out bed.Central heat / air with have ceiling fans, also a washer / dryer, covered carport & heated community pool shared with only 9 units.The house offers a spacious open floor plan, and is a lovely vacation home that is ideal for a quiet or active family.There are only 9 units in the quite complex, a walking park across the street. Sorry no pets or children.Stay comfortably in Venice at this Groundfloor 2-bedroom 2-bath townhome. Marvelous bedroom setup includes 1 queen bed and 2 twin bed. Enjoy the convenience of a washing machine, WiFi, and AC. This serene retreat also features a cozy office space with a sofa bed.
