"We had excellent service during our stay from all staff but especially Lana at the front desk and Jermin the manager. The service was similar to what you would find at a Taj in India. The room was very well appointed and everything was in order. My only complaint is that the building is a bit older so the immediate entrance to our area smelled a little funny but this in no way carried over to our room or any other areas including check in and the main lobby. "This is a lovely boutique hotel with enormous rooms, particularly for London. They are beautifully decorated and the yoga mats in every room are very high quality. The hotel is well-located for getting places in London -- a quick walk to the Tube and many buses nearby, too. We enjoyed our stay very much.
